Is this the only field for muscle repair? Is there one somewhere for injuries from accidents like for sprains, strains or pulled muscles? Maybe whiplash? Or will this and the Muscle Recovery ones on YT work for that sort of stuff?

In the description you could have you worked your shift as a nurse(or other position) at the hospital....lol...seriously before my desk job I had to take due to torn muscles (that happened while I was at work squatting) I would get 7-8000 steps in a day.

Is it better to listen to after you ate your protein? Or 30 minutes after eating? Or does it even matter? Can I just listen the moment I step out the gym? Any one? Lol

This is something Ive now come to rely on!! I no longer have the pain if recovery from a hard day of exercise!!
