But nothing wrong with pieces that are consistently one or the other! I'd say thin looks more 'clean' while thicker adds a bit more of a sketchy messy feel and both can be great :3 I personally love messy sketchy feels to pieces, makes things feel natural

2025-04-08 10:55:56 +0000 UTCBoth are good I'd say, depends more on the piece itself, thicker lining definitely draws a larger focus and makes things look bigger, so for drawing thicc things it accentuates it, but same deal with thin lines, seeing an hourglass figure with thin lining to accentuate the more slender aspects and some thicker lines around the curves definitely catches the eye~
