The annual physical test had come and gone for the Zootopia Police Department, and Clawhauser had the time of his life. It was almost too easy- he was far faster than he had ever been; his beefy quadriceps were thick as truck tires, his sculpted calves spherical, each step shaking the ground. It still didn't mean he was fast, per se- those earth-shaking legs were great for leveling anything in his path, but speed was not what he was built for, and a handful of officers, like Hopps and Wilde, still ran circles around him. But that didn't matter; every other course or challenge for the physical test had new bars set. Even competing against the biggest officers- well, biggest in sheer poundage besides him- Clawhauser broke new records on the obstacle course, and the strength test? Please. He set standards that no officer would meet for years to come.

Bogo was more than happy to reinstate Clawhauser- the cheetah cut an impressive figure unlike any other figure in the force. He was the musclebound arm of the law, a wall of beef that packed more firepower than a SWAT team. His huge arms snapped his sleeves like paper, biceps swelling as large as medicine balls, while his chest was like a shield wall, and would not brook any shirt to button across that meaty expanse. His back bristled with an array of swollen muscle, bolstering his mountainous shoulders. He was not going to be behind the reception desk anymore- he couldn't fit- but was given a beat of his own.

Clawhauser got used to it; plenty of free donuts that kept his beefy core thick, and nine times out of ten, no criminal was stupid enough to run away from the cheetah when he could throw his patrol car at him or punch through any number of walls they put between them. The cheetah didn't think that he would be the juggernaut of the force- but he was ready to keep pushing. He could always get bigger, after all.
