It concerns only the countries in red on this map. Because of the laws on the sale of adult products.
This tier will be there in a limited number of people and temporary. I will offer a physical book or a physical booklet - as well as the delivery costs, to the people who will be subscribed (and they will benefit from all the other advantages of the previous tiers)
The lots will be announced at each launch of this tier.
