2025-06-29 00:00:29 +0000 UTCnot sure this was confirmed or not. but im pretty sure there was never any allergies. it was "just" a physical reaction too a stressful inviroment. wich would also make sence why they cant figure out what hes allergic too.. since hes not. that would also be why the itching stops when he kills his dad. at least for a time. im pretty sure its either stated. or at the very least spoon feed the anvser :) but i could be wrong :)

Majority of Endeavors abuse towards his children was on the emotional level and through neglect. Hitting a child isn't the only form of child abuse and violence there it. You literally see him put hands on Shiggy at other times "again" as if it was a regular occurrence. Dragging a child by the collar, with so much force that their feet barely touch the ground, strangling them, while they are crying and begging for forgiveness, throwing them out of the house for hours because they were peacefully playing a game that you don't like, leaving them alone with their allergies is also putting your hands on them and child abuse.

Hell, endeavor was a much worse dad than he was. Shiggys dad was just kind of a dick. The only time he ever put hands on his son was a slap for breaking the rules, and as soon as he did, he even says he went too far. Honestly I know half a dozen dads irl that are worse than him lol.

We saw when his quirk first manifested, he destroyed the ground, buildings, and people around him without touching them directly, but since then he's been suppressing his quirk. His real power has returned.

2025-06-14 18:38:38 +0000 UTCYESSSSSSSSSSSS I WAS SO HAPPY WATCHING U REACT TO SHIGGY'S BACKSTORY/ORIGINS I KNEW YOU'D WILD OUT OVER IT!!! what a pleasure that was!!! And yeah now u have a better understanding of why some fans really love the League and Shiggy (im so excited for u to learn more about Dabi and Twice and Toga some more as well since they're my other fav villains along with Shiggy. And tbh I know some of Toga's backstory seems really freaky for most ppl but... it always makes me kinda sad the way reactors don't pick up on the way her mind and trauma and quirk intertwine and instead call her psychopathic from birth and evil from birth—as if she isn't similar to Shiggy himself. A kid born with an unfortunate quirk. Shiggy with the need to destroy--his itching and joy/calmness in destruction; Toga with her need for blood-- her thirst and her admiration for blood. Warped into something that wants to kill and to destroy society due to the experiences they've had in life. It's so fucking sad thinking about how maybe if they were treated differently growing up they probably wouldn't have become what they are now. Like jeebus what if AFO didnt groom Shiggy. What then.) (Anyways I won't say anything else cause I hate spoilers or ppl who spoil. I just wanted to bring something up to ur processing of the league of villains Arc!) (Also hell yeah I'm so glad u like Twice!!!! He reminds me a lot of myself (so does Toga and Shiggy) since he's got "multiple personalities". I think of him as having DID/OSDD (dissociative identity disorder/other specified dissociative disorder) since when he speaks and contradicts himself its like different alters speaking (except he does it outloud... we keep our comments to ourselves in the brain). And its. Idk it's not exactly the most amazing representation ever but its the best i got and I love him all the same for it. Also he's just a lil goofy guy who loves his friends and does crime :3 and I love his friendship with togaaaaaaaa ;u; found family league of villains is my fav shit cause like. They all got a bunch of trauma and mental health issues and I like how horikoshi explored the cycles of trauma and how trauma how it can affect ppl--how hurt ppl hurt other ppl. (Also the way it effects a super-powered world, I love that worldbuilding!!!) Anyways shit this is long sorry uhhhh. Hope u have a good day Jess!!! [WAIT ALSO--the fact that the villains and heroes both have traumas of their own but they go about reacting to it differently and the exploration of trauma affecting empathy, sympathy, and etc in different ways.
