When Iruka cries I can't hold my tears. I love that man so much. He was there for this kid when no one else was there. He's the only reason why Naruto didn't become Gaara.

2025-01-12 09:37:24 +0000 UTCcrying is very personable to each individual, and however and how much they choose to show that is totally up to that person. kinda weird to express a desire for someone to share something that personal for the public, again it's up to each individual's personality & preference
sometimes i take for granted how lucky many of us were to grow up with such a positive role model in naruto, especially those of us who grew up in tough childhoods

2025-01-02 11:00:15 +0000 UTCWHAT DOES NARUTO DO TO THOSE AROUND HIM AND THOSE THAT CROSS HIS PATH?? For the GOAT villain, Six Paths of Pain, I will structure my closing thoughts in his honor. 1st Path) No matter the character or evil villain's pain, no matter their despair, no matter their nihilism...Naruto has SOMETHING about him that just freaking makes you want to believe in him, makes you want to follow him. Tsunade who knew she was a terrible gambler, still had to bet on this freaking peculiar kid that had that magic in him. THIS is the essence of Uzumaki Naruto. 2nd Path) "Give up...on me giving up", imo the most epic and symbolic line of Tale of a Gutsy Ninja. When we first heard this line in the show, it was presented in a mocking meme-y way with a comedic tone, but in the end after you see it from Jiraiya, Minato, Naruto, finally Nagato's perspective, it clicks and you realize it's the soul of Jiraiya's book. THIS is the essence of Uzumaki Naruto, you better quit now because ain't no shot Naruto is giving up before you! 3rd Path) Sakura x Naruto - whenever Sakura has been in need, who was there for her? It was always Naruto. Sakura wants Sasuke back, Naruto puts absolutely everything on the line and promises to never go back on his promise to bring Sasuke back. Pain destroys Konoha with Almighty Push, Sakura has lost all hope, who does she instinctively cry for even knowing Naruto wasn't there or could even hear her? She screamed for Naruto, once again Naruto is there to the rescue in the most epic pull-up ever. Sakura yells at Naruto as the village gathers and cheers for Naruto, but finally showing him love and affection, truly a beautiful moment that was long overdue. 4th Path) Yes, Kakashi's father was stuck in limbo, he couldn't move on to the afterlife because he did not get closure with his son. Absolutely heartwarming he was finally able to move on from perpetual limbo. 5th Path) Naruto building the shrine, the moment of honor and remembrance for Jiraiya, was such a perfect cherry on top of the climactic end of the Naruto x Nagato confrontation. I personally like to think the 3 kunai symbolized the Master/Sensei Jiraiya, and his two disciples Naruto & Nagato, once again connected by string honoring their connection to their master. 6th Path) JFC, Pain arc delivered, and then it delivers again, and then you think it's over it DELIVERS AGAIN!! But remember Tales of a Gutsy Ninja, "give up...on me giving up", because it kept on delivering…like wtf bro chill! Kakashi there to catch an utterly depleted and exhausted Naruto. The innocence of Naruto has finally come to an end, since his earliest days all he wanted was just an ounce of recognition as he had no family, he craved attention and recognition; finally the entire village that viewed him as a hideous monster acknowledges their true hero, the legacy of the once-in-a-lifetime genius/prodigy Minato Namikaze the Fourth Hokage, the son of Kushina Uzumaki, and the student of the legendary Sannin Jiraiya...none other than UZUMAKI NARUTO Thank you so much for this adventure Flexie, thoroughly enjoyed coming along for the ride. The peak of anime, will echo throughout the annals of GOAT animes for eternity! ❤❤
Not really. Sure, Hinata confessed to him during this arc but her & Naruto rarely talked on-screen. Sakura is the one he shares a bond with which was also showcased on pages. Even if that bond is just platonic and not romantic their relationship by this point is far more fleshed out in comparison to Naruto & Hinata. It's also meant to showcase how much has changed between him & Sakura. At the beginning of the story she hated him and now she hugs him. Lastly, Kishimoto clearly didn't make up his mind by this point of which pairing he will choose for the finale. That's also why Naruto & Hinatas relationship goes back to status quo after the Pain arc & why Kishimoto makes sure to showcase that Naruto still has romantic feelings towards Sakura. And yes. Naruto does have romantic feelings towards Sakura. He just decides to ignore those feelings because he knows that's the best he can do for her. In other words, a really mature decision.

2025-01-02 05:44:34 +0000 UTCWhat an amazing soul Naruto is. Found his way through the darkness all by himself and instead of being satisfied with that, he plunges right back into the darkness time and time again to bring everyone else to the light with him. Favorite MC of all time. BTW, Naruto was my first anime and Bleach was my second, I share your feelings on Ichigo too. Bleach and Naruto are both just different vibes but my god do you need both of them in your life. Truly amazing journeys experiencing both stories. And if you know, you know, there ain't no drip like Bleach. The character designs in that show are too good.

2025-01-02 03:40:50 +0000 UTCHappy to have been able to see this arc again.. love that you actually add value and try and explain where you at after each episode and throughtout.. the talk no jutso as i recall was great (meme worthy as it was back then).. but seeing it now again after i don't know how many years opened my eyes to how profound it really was.. The bit where naruto goes something like.. I'm unable to write like my master, so the sequal to this book has to be through the life I'll live is just cold.. i think he could write just as well.. 🔥 Speaking of bleach, can we now open the flood gates of debate bleach vs naruto? 😂 Personally i can't compare them.. i enjoy bleach a lot and is a lot of fun one piece as well.. but I'll have to quote Kendrick here.. its just big me.. lol The humanity the characters in Naruto are written with is unmatched in long format anime.. I'll stop myself here.. i meant to start this as a joke but the naruto in me took over.. apologies lol Good video.. awesome reaction.. and happy new year
deranged but not really
2025-01-02 02:57:22 +0000 UTCOne of those anime arcs that encapsulates every emotion underscoring personal growth. When you’re young, you feel invincible and don’t understand the pain of loss & hardship. You envy those who don’t feel those pains and even “hate” them for it. But when you take on your own pain and empathize with the pain of others, you grow.

2025-01-02 00:08:01 +0000 UTCI’ll never not cry at this part. And, if you think about it… if Jiraiya was inspired by Nagato’s words, then based the main character of his book on him, named it after the first thing he saw: the naruto fish cake, and then Minato took Naruto’s name from the book… then Naruto is pretty much named after Nagato.

2025-01-01 18:41:29 +0000 UTCWell, it's a different story with Kekkei Genkai like the Sharingan or the Byakugan for example. Those are obviously always pretty strong. Honestly, the Uchiha are just so OP in general per default. Their mental state probably barely falls into consideration. Though I would argue that we can observe throughout the show that mentally sane & healthy Uchiha can achieve even more strength, but that is highly debatable I guess. For normal people though without any special clan lineage (like Kakashi for example) the most accurate description of chakra is probably the one laid out by the series itself during it's first episodes.👍🏻

2025-01-01 17:54:04 +0000 UTCNagato had good intentions and a good goal that he wanted to achieve. But he suffered so much pain and despair and that changed him. His goal is the same, deep in his heart he is still the same, but due to everything he had suffered he lost most of his mercy and empathy. His goal became more important than everything and he stopped to care about the lives he might destroy on the path he chose if he just might be able to achieve his goal to bring a (fragile) peace to the ninja world. What an emotional start into the year. I just watched the reaction to One Piece episode 312 on another reaction channel and these two reactions together are almost too much to handle together. But I think now I am gonna spend the rest of the day (or week) to watch your Naruto (not Shippuden) reactions, that I have not seen, cause I am quite new to the channel.

2025-01-01 17:01:04 +0000 UTCNot just that but Naruto also went into the fight with a lot of intel provided by Jiraiya & even Kakashi. Metaphorically speaking he wasn't fighting alone and literally speaking he was fighting alongside the Toads i.e. using teamwork (like Kakashi tought him).

2025-01-01 16:15:12 +0000 UTCWhen I first finished reading this arc in the manga it showed that Naruto now is the smartest and strongest hero of the Leaf. He fought intelligently and was able to win against a God-tier opponent like Pain where others didn’t prevail. However, like Darth Vader’s love for Luke in Return of the Jedi, Naruto’s love for his Sensei in Jiraiya and trying to live up to his ideals/code is what won not the fight itself. Love prevails over hate. It’s a good message for children to learn.

2025-01-01 15:54:01 +0000 UTCKishimoto is amazing... He's an incredible character developer. And his story writing gets you so into it... One moment you're crying due to someone dying, the next moment you're crying due to a message that hits you deep and then you're crying after an amazing ending to an arc. Plus the fights are some of the best in anime history.

2025-01-01 15:21:34 +0000 UTCSomething *really important* I want to point out: During the first arc of Naruto Classic we learn that Chakra is a combination of mental & physical energy, hence if both your mind and your body are healthy you have stronger chakra (which most likely means more stamina and maybe better perception). It's one of the reasons why the third Hokage was struggling so much against Orochimaru. His physical energy was weakened due to age & his mental energy was weakened due to fighting his former student. So, by talking to his dad during this arc it can be assumed that Kakashi healed a very old mental scar of his. So, if we go by the logic of the show it can be safely assumed that Kakashi *should* be a lot stronger now after this arc. He is in a better mental state which *should* result in stronger Chakra. That is something many people overlook but keeping the established rules in mind is important in order to understand certain things about the characters & their progression (not just Kakashi). People often complain about how the deaths in this arc do not have any lingering consequences in the story or rather that all of it by the end was just a fake-out. But that's not the point. The point was to showcase what Naruto can achieve by talking and being understanding towards his opponent. If Naruto decided to just kill Nagato so many people in the village would've been just dead. So, Nagatos power to revive the dead on mass isn't actually a display of *his* power. It's supposed to show the power of Narutos empathy and it's supposed to be viewed as a lesson towards the reader/viewer. Talk-No-Jutsu might be a meme, but it does have real value and that's what Nagatos final decision was meant to showcase. You rarely get stuff like this in other Shounen and especially rarely in western media. This is why people are so drawn to Anime & Manga as a medium. It just feels so real & honest. But to be clear reality right now showcases that Nagatos ideals sadly are more correct compared to Narutos ideals. I guess that's what Narutos whole speech was about...believing that change is possible. You could argue that because reality proves Nagatos ideals more correct that it is even more important to believe that true change might someday be possible. In the same way Naruto saved Zabuzas soul at the beginning of the story he also saved the lives of the villagers during these last episodes. You can get a lot out of this arc and there are many possible insightful perspectives. The only one I disagree with is that the deaths during this arc were pointless & just for shock value. That's an extremely surface level understanding of what Kishimoto was trying to say while writing this arc. It's a masterpiece, obviously. Also, when Nagato said "maybe this is the work of a real god" (or something similar to that) that wasn't Kishimoto inserting himself into the story...something which many people also assume during this scene and why many people view this sentence as cringe. These words do hold deeper meaning and are somewhat foreshadowing but we will get to that in time.👍

2025-01-01 13:19:55 +0000 UTCNagato is like a broken hero, with his incredible power one would think he might be able to make a positive change, even though he is trying to do it its not like he has risen above others and pushed for something incredible for the good of the world, he acted in a very human way which is ironic considering he calls himself a god, he failed in that regard, did not persevere and did not lead humanity out of the darkness :) Naruto here showed him greater strength :) its good that at least in the end Nagato got to do something truly good with his power and redeem himself :) honestly that silly old geezer toad is such a fraud xD Kakashi's father was finally able to move on that was beautiful :) Naruto achieved full victory here, got rewarded for his strength, proved that killing isnt always the best option :) finally Jiraiya got his resting place that was lovely :) Kakashi coming in putting Naruto on his back was perfect, just like in the OG days :) Naruto finally fulfilled his childhood dream, he got the respect and acknowledgement he craved for :) so this is like the end of the first half of the story, the end of a big chapter :)

2025-01-01 13:18:36 +0000 UTCI have been a die hard fan of Naruto since I was 6 years old watching it for the first time. There’s definitely better anime out there but it will always be my favorite and always hold a special place in my heart. 175 is my favorite episode and favorite moment of the entire show. There are many great moments before and to come after, but nothing will ever beat this moment of watching the kid who was bullied and hated, but never gave up become the hero he always said he would.
