i only just now realized it, but the optimism he had while walking towards gotou could have been migi's cells already knowing the plan to reunite with shinichi. if thats even possible, idk

2024-08-01 02:07:32 +0000 UTCGotou in his ultimate demon form looked pretty dope :) that felt great seeing Migi again, our BFF is back :) he was always too clever to just die :D it looked like the contact between the Migi part in contact and the part in Shinichi woke him up :) Gotou got too greedy and overconfident :) it is funny how small things can completely destroy so much, tiny bacteria, virus, gas, fluid, whatever can be super harmful and cause a downfall :) I really like how at the end Shinichi was so hesitant, he tried to think it through from all the angles, looking at all the options, in the end came to the conclusion that he shouldnt be trying to overthink things too much, shouldnt try to preach, play god, act overly virtuous, just focus on his own small world :) this show is really philosophical and got plenty of clever ideas, its great :) on one hand humans do fall under the category of parasites themselves based on the way they live and function, on the other the question is how hard should we try to help Earth, how bad should we feel about its state, obviously the worse it gets the worse for us and other living creatures, but perhaps trying to do something good for the Earth itself isnt really the correct way to look at it, feeling bad for Earth might just be pointless since it doesnt feel anything :)
