I know this comes months late, but some perspective on Sakura - she performs as expected or even slightly above expectations for the level of genin, when doing missions genin are actually supposed to do. The Zabuza arc/mission was way above genin level unexpectedly, and the power level of these infiltrators in the chunin exams are way above expected. Sakura may lack a special technique/trick, but her excellent mind for tactics and technical understanding of jutsu would make her hold her own against other 12 year old genin. This series just never puts our MCs up against "normal" expectations 😂
