I agree! The English Dub is so deep especially when Naruto is speaking! holy smoke that shit rip me apart! Then Kakashi's line was different as well "You never know Zabazu. Maybe you will join him there. Who's to say?"

After everything he did for you, Haku lived for you! *flashback* You were the most important thing in the world to him! While he was sacrificing everything for you, you never felt anything at all for him?! And if I become stronger does that mean I’ll become as cold hearted as you are? He threw his life away, and for what? You and your dream! You never let him have a dream of his own but he didn’t care and you just toss him aside like he was nothing! A broken tool. Man that’s so wrong, so wrong. Zman: You talk to much. *cries* your words cut deep, deeper than any blade. While he fought you, his heart was breaking in two. You see Haku was always too soft and too kind. He felt pain and sorrow and now curse him I feel them too! And something else, I feel content that this is the way it ends. Well, cat got your tongue? Are you so surprised to discover I’m human? Even Shinobi are human no matter how hard we try to escape that simple fact. We always fail. Well, at least I have failed.

2023-11-17 23:05:27 +0000 UTCNo matter how many times I see the end of this arc, I get so emotional 😭 Personally, I can't list Haku and Zabuza as villains. I always wish we got more of them. Anyway, I'm so excited for your reactions to the next arc! One of my fav arcs of all time!

2023-11-17 22:42:24 +0000 UTCcan definitely feel your sentiment the intro is very good as the very first for the show :D now it makes sense why Gato turned up with all those people, he wanted to get rid of everybody including Zabuza :) I like how they showed that this whole thing wasnt personal for Zabuza or Kakashi, they are veterans and know this whole thing is just a job at the end of the day, they are still able to respect each other :) this episode really hit home with the whole concept of shinobi and how this world works :) the way Zabuza went down is just legendary, Naruto managed to unleash the beast :) his death is actually very similar to one from history, an old Japanese warrior monk Musashibo Benkei died in this manner as well :) as Haku already demonstrated with Zabuza he is really good at making people seem dead, he really couldnt make himself kill Sasuke :) was a beautiful end for both Zabuza and Haku, RIP both of them, they were great first big villains, Naruto learned a lot from them :) this was the perfect introductory arc, really gave us the idea what to expect from this story :) and there is the Great Naruto Bridge just like IRL :D loving the journey with you so far, cant wait for more :)
