Hey Arnold! Season 3 Episode 5 and 6 Reaction

Comments

I had forgotten about the episode where Arnold betrays Iggy. It’s one of the worst episodes of the series. Arnold didn’t do anything wrong; Sid and Stinky were the ones who told everyone about Iggy, and they didn’t face any consequences. On the other hand, Arnold got punished for something he didn’t do. The character of Iggy was in the series but didn’t get a role after this episode because of the controversy surrounding it. I had forgotten about this episode until I watched a review of a different series that reminded me of how I remember it, and I also saw your reactions. So it’s a hated episode and forgetful episode, anyway enjoy your reactions. Take care.

"You must live with your unhappiness." That's one heck of a lesson to teach the kids.

There’s a big insinuation that Miriam’s community service job was court ordered. It becomes more obvious why people think they as the show goes on. Helga’s family life… make sure you guys really pay attention because there are hints of some true dysfunction beyond what the show makes obvious.

Mr. Enter on YouTube covered this episode and even said it was appalling. Arnold didn’t say anything about bunny pajamas, Stinky and Sid phished the information from him. Iggy had Arnold do his chores for a week and still wouldn’t forgive him; only once he heard those two dorks talk about how they were responsible did Iggy actually forgive Arnold…after publicly humiliating him!

Arnold Betrays Iggy is actually widely regarded as the worst episode of the entire series just because of how mean-spirited it feels. It was actually so disliked that this was Iggy’s first and only appearance in a prominent role.

Helga and the Nanny is such a sad episode. Helga finally had an adult in her life that actually paid attention and cared about her but because she’s so used to being neglected and taking care of herself she just couldn’t accept it.
