Bring in Taka and watch the Dub. XD I’d also love to get your takes on the Super Dragon Ball Heroes anime. Honestly I feel like the last few arcs of that were stronger than anything in GT (and I actually enjoyed GT!)

2024-08-12 00:52:11 +0000 UTCIt's interesting that at the end speech about differences between original and dub, Scott says "Why would I want to see something that is not how it was ment to be?" while that's what made DBZA so great, and why the portuguese dub of DBZ is an amazing watch at times. While the overarching story is still the same, the differences in narrative make them enjoyable experiences after seeing the original so many times. Of course, if you want to have the original experience as Scott here does - so be it. But it seems like experiencing these variations can make you both enjoy the original more and give you the different experience you might crave!
