Best Commissions of 2022

Since we spent a little time talking about some of my favorite EiAD scenes, here's a look at some commissions that I was really proud of.

These are not the ten commissions prompts that I thought were the best. Rather, they were the ten illustrations that I'm extra proud of!

OK... back to the action. Here are some of my favorite commissions, in no particular order...

Giggler Peek a Boob

There's something about this scene that really encapsulates what Giggler is all about. I love it so darned much.

Cassie the dominatrix

Speaking of scenes that really sum-up characters, I thought this exchange between Cassie and Jeremy was particularly spot-on. That gentle squeeze she's delivering with her left hand really cements it for me. This was also the year I started adding extended narration to the commissions, and I really like the overall effect.

Desi and the Angel

Here's another in the series of commissions that pairs Desdemona with an angel. These prompts often come with the least number of words. For example, I think this one was "the angle punishes Desi for stealing Halloween candy." The result —a slow, steady torment as weight is slowly added to the nipple clamps — is a favorite of mine.

Tentacular!

It's always fun to draw a tentacle scene, and this one — with the purple appendages against Desi's red skin — was an instant hit.

Boob smush!

I've already said I love a good boob smush. But a double-boob smush? Heaven. Throw in strap-0n sex and it's an unbeatable scene.

My only qualm was that I think I'd bring Think Tank even further into the foreground to really accentuate the depth of field. But that smush... large breasts against smaller, firm ones. And Wild Weed's expression is perfect.

CEO and Miss Match

This year also saw Miss Match being seduced by a CEO of another corporation in Fairmount City. I was super happy with the visual of his hand sinking into soft flash on this image.

Double duty

Battalion stroking Ghost Girl while she's phasing through the wall to do her job as a nanny was a visual that turned out even better than I had initially imagined it.

Dynasty and OctoLad

I don't know why, but I drew an awful lot of scenes between Dynasty and OctoLad. They are becoming one of my favorite pairings in the EiAD universe.

The kiss

Yup. Definitely one of my favorite pairings. This illustration stops me in my tracks every time I'm about to scroll past it. It's a hot scene, but the more you look, the more of the story unfolds. The post-climax phallus is hanging, spent. When you look closer at the kiss, it's clear that it's more than a kiss. And what was she doing with that phone?! The composition worked out extremely well, and it just feels... intimate. It's very voyeuristic. I really liked the way this one turned out.
