2022-02-10 16:53:45 +0000 UTCI mean, difference between Commander and Captain is that one was going all ''Casual'' while other wants to be serious. There is a big difference. If anything, Commander is the one that is responsible for the tragedy and shouldn't be giving 'advice' on love matters...
