Commission: Ciel Cyber Elf Mother

Context: Ciel is worried about the almost extinction of Cyber-Elfs after their use. Somehow she adapted her body to turn it into a kind of recovery of the chamber where Cyber-Elfs can be regenerated and back as new ones. She didn't expect that her "Surrogate state" gonna make her belly so BIG before the calculated timeline. She is in a private room to be monitored every day in case of an emergency but apparently, she is not worried about her size, she is happy because will be a kind of mother for all those new reborn Cyber-Elfs.
