Golden Kamuy poll Results + update of schedule for future post

It's been a while since last time I actually did a results post (sadly I wasn't in my best time when I should have and when I noticed it was a bit too late) and since I want to talk about something else related to this, why not tackle it at the same time, right?

First, let's talk about these results:

Tanigaki is our winner! and as such he will get to be featured in three drawings! I would be lying if I said I didn't see this one coming, and believe me I'm happy he won because while he canonically gains weight during the series we can always make him even bigger, right?

In second place we have a tie with Sugimoto and Ogata! and as such, they will be featured in two drawings together (I still haven't decided if I want to make them a sequence or two separate drawings, but they will be together)

Shiraishi in third place will be featured in 1 full body picture, I have a clear idea of what I want to do with him (and let me tell you he will not be alone in it~)

I hope you are as excited for these drawings as I am! I decided to make a poll of this series not only because I really love it but for a reason related to the second half of this post

It's no mistery that I have a long backlog to do, until now I have been giving top priority to the oldest work when it comes to poll results, the problem with this is that it can be quite demoralizing (not the mention that by the time I get to draw certain characters most of the excitement I had in the beggining have been lost) I have tried a couple of things in the past to solve this problem and I think I finally got a good idea of what to do.

Starting this month I will be giving more priority to the latest poll while making sure I work on that backlog and requests too, making post in the following order:

• Latest poll result drawing
• backlog drawing
• Request batch
• Latest poll result drawing
• and so on... *

The goal is that for when the next poll is over I will have all of the drawings from the last one done. I intentionally picked Golden Kamuy for this reason, I have been waiting to draw them this whole year and I think its the perfect choice to keep me in high spirits and getting work done.

(*) Do have in mind that the Guzma series and other extra drawings such as commission work or Suggestions doesn't count/affect for this schedule, since they are not that frecuent and most likely show up between it
