This is pretty old, but still better than leaving it unfinished :D
Idea came from watching anime oceans and thinking maybe they are just voronoi / noise textures + too much bloom / shallow DOF
The setup is pretty light as it is 100% done in the shader on a plane (using screen coordinates).
Do note that you will need to use ACES to see it in the correct colors (will look washed out if you don't).
The stylized planet will mostly be up in 1-2 days (star tier).
