Right here (click on this text)!! I try my best to stick to this recording/streaming schedule, but there may be last minute changes. If something changes, I will post information about why in the #streams chat on the Discord server.
Take note, this is my recording + streaming schedule, not posting schedule. I could need up to 24 hours for uploading, reuploading backups and posting links.

TIERS

✨ LEvEL 3 is the sponsors tier. Every 4 - 6 months you can make recommendations for new shows that I should react to and that will go onto a POLL which you can then vote on.

Sometimes I feel stuck in a rut and I hear about others feeling the same way. Or maybe feeling self-doubt and not sure what to do. Before I dropped out of uni and after, I read a lot of self help books 🤠and it really did help me a lot!
Click here for a list of some of the books I read if you want to take a peek and see if any name jumps out at you, maybe you would like to read it for yourself or dive into this kind of content. There are lots of books out there besides these though - different people will resonate with different authors and/or messages. YOU know what you need - trust your gut and just do your best.
✨✨There are read along videos for some of my favorite books so that those who are interested can delve into a little personal development with me, and/or cultivate some more appreciation and happiness in our lives!
My favorite is the "Inspired Destiny" read along from 2021 (CLICK HERE). I think it's the most practical read along if you are curious about the idea of "being more happy", because the book helps you figure out what inspires you and it's quite goal oriented.
However, the first set of videos I did for these is actually from 2019. I feel a bit critical of the me from back then 😂 but without her, I wouldn't be HERE. So hopefully sharing these videos again will be fine. CLICK HERE for "The Magic" playlist. The videos are basically mini projects - I think it would be easiest to listen to one of these per week and take a few days to focus on each project. But you can do it however you feel like.
The read along from 2020 is called "Fuck it! Therapy" (CLICK HERE). I don't really know how to describe what this book is about 🤠the title might be enough. It's very thought provoking, though! I hope it will help someone the way it helped me.
We're never really "done" working on ourselves, our lives and/or goals. These books were a good starting point for me and if I reread them I'd probably have different thoughts and feelings compared to a few years ago.
If you do give them a shot, let me know how it goes! I will see any new comments made even on my oldest videos. I hope in the future I can incorporate some more content like this. It's thanks to these kind of books (and all of you) that I have become the person I am today and reached a lot of goals I set in the pastðŸ™

🌸 100 HAPPY DAYS (challenge) 🌸

The purpose of the challenge is to cultivate a habit of looking for things to appreciate in everyday life. Some days it might be something BIG like getting a promotion and some days it might be the simpler things in life - like a enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend, a manga chapter that made you happy or there was the perfect weather for a nice walk at the park. Whatever made you feel happy that day.
Some more ideas for things you might want to share:
an anecdote about your day
a photo of a sunset or a dog you met at the park
a link to a song you like
a screenshot of your favorite game (maybe you won 50/50 or early pity!)
a quote that inspires you
a tiktok that made you laugh
a new recipe you tried that turned out well!
The idea is to take a mental (or real) note of some good things throughout your day and when you have 5 minutes or so before bed, think over the day and choose one thing to share for the challenge. The goal is to do it every day, but if you do end up skipping more than 3 days in a row, just pick up where you left off or start back at day 1 :))
and if you post "iced latte" 10 days in a row, no judgement here ;)
