2023-03-01 22:17:42 +0000 UTCI can empathize with your gym woes! I torn a tendon in my right knee, which has now started to give me troubles as of late. I sustained a lot of lower back injuries from all the gym reopening during the pandemic. It was very frustrating! I didn’t take it slow and thought I could pick up where I left off..big mistake! Though the back injuries have not had any adverse affects as of yet thank god.
