


Best to start at the beginning, when I was a skinny, twinky 138lbs.
I've always been genetically predisposed to be slim. And I wasn't unhappy with being that way, either. but I definitely admired bigger man. Big bellies, big arms, or especially the combination of the two. I guess I started working out because I thought it might help me meet bigger guys, who were not really into me all that much. So I joined a gym, started to see results just a little bit. It took a lot of getting used to, to change my eating habits, and stick to a training routine. It still does take work, but back then it was a real shock to the system.
Each week I'll upload a new chapter in this ongoing saga. I'm a lot bigger than these pics now, so stick around! Also, I'm still training and gaining, always trying to go for more muscle and belly and overall bulk and size.
