Changes to my page (Update to physical rewards)

Hey everyone, first and foremost I really want to thank you for the support, it’s really meant the world to me, specially the past year as I’ve struggled with my mental and physical health.

To the Physical Reward supporters:

I want to profusely apologize for not delivering on the physical rewards, I’ve tried catching up by mailing some sporadically but I know some of you haven’t received them in quite some time. More and more would pile up with time, and I should’ve realized sooner I was overwhelmed and in over my head.

Following this post I will be taking these steps:

1. I will discontinue physical rewards altogether. I ask that if you are in the “Physical Reward” tier and wish to continue supporting me, please swap to the “Supporter” or “Entry” tier.

2. I will be refunding this month’s charge for Physical Reward tier patrons.

3. And lastly, I will be reaching out to everyone who participated in the Physical Reward tier and didn’t receive the reward, and will work to compensate for the missing rewards with a commission equal to the value of the charges that went unfulfilled.

I know this doesn’t begin to make up for the lack of communication and not getting what you joined my Patreon for, but I hope this can be a way to regain some stability on my page. And I will work my butt off to get the commissions done in a timely manner.

If you are/were in the Physical Reward tier and didn’t get a reward in the mail, please don’t hesitate to message me to arrange the commission! I have to go through a long list of people, so if you can get in touch with me that means I can get your commission done sooner.

Thank you everyone for the continued support, and again I’m really sorry for the trouble. I really hope switching to only doing digital rewards can help me be more productive.
