Plugins requirement: HSPE, RendererEditor, HSStandard, NeoCharamaker, ItemManager, you can get plugins pack from Here
Mod included: Onyx dress, Onyx top, Garter Belt, pantie
The outfit has some Blendshape you can use to make some squeeze
There are some other textures for the stocking, use RendererEditor to change texture
