You dart out from behind your post and take off across the floor in hopes of escape. But as bad luck would have it, just as you start to run, her foot starts to shift and it shifts rapidly towards you! Flesh dragging across the surface of the wood and toes lifting, it feels like it's on purpose.
Like she knew you were down here all along.
Like she was just toying with you.
Then the toes clap down with a muffled slap of flesh to the floor and you find yourself locked in the humid darkness under her toes. Trapped between a foot and a hard place, any sort of squirm you can do is cut right off by the feet curling in around you. They push your bones to a strained breaking point, and just when you think they are about to snap. The pressure lets off.
Leaving you to your fate under her toes.
