I'll be removing NSSS playtest access as a perk of patronage beginning today - the perk was only ever applicable if playtesting was in session, and it's more sensical for me to be able to select playtesters by my own discretion rather than having people pay for it.

Hoping to have 1.1.12 out soon.

Status Report

For those wondering on the big gap in any updates to or about NSSS (and haven't been checking the discord), wonder no longer! NSSS development is back in swing and I hope to get 1.1.12 out by at least Q1 2023, if not by the new year.

The gigantic gap was caused by a mixture of post-graduation burnout and a bunch of health issues that piled on top of each other all at once. I'm quite confident that I'm finally coming to the end of the tunnel, so I'm making an effort to get the ball rolling on all my dozens of projects that came to an abrupt standstill, NSSS included but also several other things that you may be seeing the fruit of in the not-so-distant future.

Thank you for your continued support (I cannot understate how much it means to me), and I hope to finally deliver your money's worth!

And Patron perks are live!

The newest NSSS Update adds support for patron perks. They should all be visible in-game now!

Capes are on the way!

Java is being very finicky about TLS connections for some inexplicable reason, but once I get that sorted it's on to the username colors and custom particle effects. Expect all these perks to be available come 1.1.11_101!

If you've already subscribed to a tier which guarantees custom capes, name colors, or particle effects, then shoot me a message with your minecraft username/handle and your cape texture, selected username color, and selected particle effect. Username colors are as follows:

Note that 5, 6, 7, a, b, c, d, and e are the possible colors that one's username can be set to by default through the username color algorithm, meaning that 0-4, 8, 9, and f are totally unique to patrons!

The (currently) available particle effects are as follows:

Bubble, Smoke, Flame, Splash, Reddust, Snowballpoof, and Slime.

Please do not use hate symbols in your cape submissions.

At the moment, most of the promised NSSS goodies are unavailable. I'll be working on getting a database system set up to handle capes, custom usernames, custom particle effects, etc. in the near future. I really don't want people to be waiting forever to get what they've paid for. If you're a maniac and you've already bought the Mega Wumbo tier... then please be patient while I design and construct boxes for NSSS. 

Also perhaps use this time to find a floppy drive.

Also be wary that I still have yet to fully graduate - I may be a bit busy with one singular final in the next few weeks, but after the 17th of May it's clear sailing ahead.
