Development Update - 010

Huzzah! The wait is over! We are saved! Praise Nagib- okay, enough of that...

I'm starting to notice a pattern of late Dev Posts, and it's pretty annoying. To tell you guys the truth, I started this project thinking I wouldn't have anything happening IRL to worry about. But of course, life happens and I'm forced to explain why I'm late again. It genuinely feels like "my dog ate my homework" excuses all the time. Like, I'm not lying when I say that things happened, but after a while, you gotta admit, it becomes less believable.

Anyways, my entire reason behind being late this time, is because of a doctor's visit that was pretty drastic. Basically, some of the stupid things I did when I was in High School are coming back to get me. But it's all good because I took most of yesterday to buy healthier food and plan out how I was going to handle the situation. But I can tell you this much: This page isn't going to become a GoFundMe to solve my problems. You guys wanted boobs, butts, wedgies, porn, etc. and you are going to get it. ;) 

Concepts

So, something I was thinking about was how Chapter 2 actually needs more than just a couple NSFW scenes. This is a porn game, blyat. So what you see before you is some concept art (done by the one and only mlpfunfictionwriter) of Kung Fu trainees. Basically, if you chose the Wu Path, you will get money by fighting these girls (They will be bandits if you choose the Tigress Path). After successfully beating them, you will be given the option to humiliate or have sex with them. Once the cinematic is done, they'll either run home or pass out from the endless ... well, I'm sure you can figure that out. After that, you will return to a travel map. The places you can go will be limited since one fight will take most of the day (I might make it two fights per day, idk).

On a side note, the more you corrupt your female companions (Tigress, Su Wu, etc.), the more they'll be willing to help you humiliate these girls.

I will say, I'm not too fond of having NSFW content with birds (at least not anthro ones). Although I do have a funny scene involving Crane planned. Hehe.

Okay, so I had this idea involving Su Wu. Basically, I've been watching a lot of horror movies like The Exorcist and Hannibal. Since Su Wu is some crazy chick that will stop at nothing to get what she wants, I find it pretty suitable to give her the personality of a serial killer.

Of course, I would never subject the player to violent images, but I think it would be fun to have her try to scare him with stories of the things she's done. Naturally, the more you corrupt her into sexual things, the less she'll try to intimidate you. In theory, this should make her more rewarding to corrupt.

Coding

If you guys read last Development Update's Coding section, you'd know that we finished the coding for the beginning of the Wu Path. Yea, not gonna lie, I'm pretty proud of this fact. Like, even with the small amount of time I had to finish it, the work I did on the Tigress Path made this one significantly easier. Hopefully this gives you guys some hope for a sooner release date of Chapter 2.

Art

In case you weren't here for the first couple of Development Updates, I have a strong hatred for doing backgrounds. They simply cause an Error 404 in my mind. However... this one was easy.

After all, I was pretty much just copying a screen cap from the movie. I think it's the colors that intimidate me, not gonna lie. Anyways, you're most likely only going to see this picture the one time in game (Might see it in the Tigress Path), but for the sake of player immersion, I'm willing to do the slight extra work.

This took way longer than I thought it would to draw, but overall, I like their bodies. Of course, there are some things that aren't proportionally correct, but I typically fix that during the lining stage. You might notice that their heads are separate from their bodies. That is because of some things that I do in programming. If I ever decide that I want characters to be able to turn their heads, I won't have to go through the pain of editing an image with the head on it. I can simply make a new head and Voila!

You'll probably also notice that they don't have tits. That's because I'm going to have them randomized every time you fight them. I'll probably make a few outfits that will keep things interesting, but for now, you'll be fighting some anthros with RNG titties.

Miscellaneous

Normally I'd try to have a little more but I can't really show you guys the dialogue without a video. It would be boring to see a bunch of pictures of Wing Wu and Wan Wu talking to the player. That's why...

I should have a video of the beginning of the Wu Path tomorrow. Once the video is released, I will find some music that is fitting for the two scenes, and then we get into the good stuff. And by good stuff, I mean interactive stuff. And by interactive stuff, I mean Tiger booty, Leopard tits, and molesting/humiliating your enemies.

By the way, I already had Endgame spoiled for me, but don't worry, I never planned on watching it and have no intentions of spoiling it for anyone. Although TKWC posted something in his Discord that had me dying.
