Florida:
I have had this trip to Florida planned for months! My boyfriend is British and currently lives in England, and I’m in the US, taking care of my health and adjusting my lifestyle to my new disability. Back in December I reread all the Harry Potter books through audiobooks and I became determined to go to Harry Potter World again at Universal Studios, and my family, boyfriend and friends surprised me with the plans in motion to make it happen!
Experiencing theme parks while blind is a bit bittersweet. I think it’s a little too soon in my grieving process to put myself through such stress again anytime soon. But being Hermione was extremely fun and cosplaying in general brings me so much joy, as you can probably tell from my face!
