at the begiining of the movie, 10mins in. The guy in the hat outside of her work place when she walks in is Alfred Hitchcock. He always liked to pop up in his movies

Second, for his studio/investors, they usually made lots of money. Third, for academics and cinephiles, they are incredibly deep sources of ideas, theories, analyses, and multiple interpretations. And finally, for aesthetes, Hitchcock's greatest films, like Psycho, are not just popular entertainment but also unquestionably works of art. Thanks for the reaction, Amy!
