Just finished watching your YouTube video reactions to what has to be my all time favorite series. I instantly became a patreon subscriber. I watch it and The Pacific series every year on Dec.7 to pay respect to those that were lost at Pearl Harbor and then to pay respect to WW2 vets. You should check out The Pacific series and consider reacting to it, it pretty good

thanks so much to you and your wife for the support on YT and here on Patreon! I am going to drop the trailer to "Masters of Air" tomorrow (I hope).. seems like its coming out so soon.. kinda perfect timing after BOB. Thanks so much I'll take a look at that suggestion!

As I said earlier, the adults in my world as I grew up all participated in this war. With a few exceptions, the men made war from the air, so I’m looking forward to Masters of the Air and join those who commend it to you. I also join others in recommending The Pacific, as it really illustrates how different that theater was from Europe. However, there is also a 2007 PBS documentary that I would very, very much recommend you watch (and love to see you react to), a seven-part series by Ken Burns, Lynn Novick, and Geoffrey Ward called, “The War.” In fact, I would recommend anyone watch it who wants to further their understanding of this war, because it deals with what so many other series do not, the home front in the U.S. It presents the war’s impact on the country from the bottom up, through what they called four quintessentially American towns, as well as the internment of Japanese Americans and the impact on African Americans. Most of all, I loved how it dealt with how American women reacted to the war: I watched it and was immediately reminded of my mom and my aunt, working in an ammo factory by day with chemicals and gunpowder all around them, then volunteering at night at the town train stop (not even big enough to be a station) and serving coffee & donuts to the G.I.s headed East for Europe or West for the Pacific. The link is to the trailer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wT8Q5Cj04VA We (wife and I) enjoy all your reactions very much.
