Now this is a very welcome surprise I absolutely adore Lillie as a character โค and always enjoy seeing her tickled but as for the pic itself it looks absolutely fantastic. The colours are eye catching and the shading looks sharp. As for Lillie you drew her feet exceptionally not to mention you nailed her hairstyle as well and I love how her right toes have been pinned back with toe ties. Also I love how she's trapped in a pokeball with Lusamine baring over her to tickle her. Also on the topic of Lillie being tickled I absolutely love how Lusamine is using Lillie's hair to tickle in between her toes. The facial expressions look awesome as well Lusamine's playful smirk look great and Lillie looks like she's losing it which is only helped by the tears forming as well as the cute blush she has. Overall this pic looks sensational and you did one hell of a job and props to the commissioner as well they couldn't have chosen a more adorable character ๐.
