2023-10-03 04:15:20 +0000 UTCFirst, haha! This was fun to watch the full reaction. You know, I had a similar thought when I saw The Matrix: "What the hell, this is ripping off Terminator!" The Matrix (first one only) is firmly established as a classic for me now, but it took awhile to accept it. I get the feeling that almost everyone in this thought they were in a cheesy B movie, so they mostly gave very professional but workmanlike performances. But that's a big part of its charm. I love these happy accidents that come together to produce a classic. Looking forward to your T2 reaction!
