Crystal The Cat gets up close and personal, as she examines Rei's change in appearance. In this panel, I wanted to depict the opposite of what happened with Milky, and have Crystal be delighted over Rei crossdressing.
Of course, Rei replies, "Cross... dressing?" which really sort of shows how clueless Rei is at what he is even doing. A child that maybe, was a bit isolated and sheltered growing up.
