To explain why Jin mentioned about ARMYs being angry that OG Super Tuna was deleted is because first, some ARMYs were shocked that it was deleted, considering that it already has 136 million streams. This is kind of like when JK deleted his IG with 52 million followers and some ARMYs were devastated. Deleting OG Super Tuna with the new version means data (stream count) has been refreshed and ARMYs feel a bit disheartened by that. However, most ARMYs of course understand Jin's wishes to delete the original version. As you can see, Jin is really not mindful about stream counts, views, and other measures/factors of charting music. He didnt even want Super Tuna to trend back then. He even asked ARMYs not to do the Super Tuna challenge but I guess now he is embracing Super Tuna which is why he has even released a new version.

2024-10-25 04:55:34 +0000 UTChe went live before the special video was released so yes he gave us a sneak peak of half the video!!!!! and when he was live the title was just "happy birthday jimin" so we were all like "awww he's celebrating jimins birthday for him😭" AND THEN THE ABSOLUTE SHOCK WHEN HE RIPPED THAT POSTER AND ANNOUNCED SUPER TUNA 2 LMFAOOOO. It was so comedic. (I think they added +super tuna after the live ended). I'm sure jimin himself was laughing his ass off if he saw it. I love jin so much also when he gave us updates about jimin I was literally tearing up bc this man is chronically offline and I was so thankful to know hes doing okay from jin himself. and his impersonations of jungkook and jimin had me laughing so hard I could HEAR them

2024-10-25 01:47:22 +0000 UTCjust to clarify what he was talking about when he mentioned deleting and replacing music files etc: he actually deleted the existing super tuna from spotify (the og one which was short and had only 1 verse) (and i assume from other music platforms too) before releasing super tuna "2" (which from what i saw a few weeks ago is now the only super tuna on spotify). of course everyone was excited that we're finally getting the studio version especially after hearing it 4 months ago during festa but some armys were joking about how it's heartbreaking that we worked so hard to stream the og super tuna just for him to delete it so easily 😭 but that just shows how little he cares about numbers like he just deleted a song with 130+ million streams without thinking twice about it 😭
