The good news is, most people apparently were able to read my original comment in the intended tone. They saw the "haha" and the rest of the conversational comment and were able to tell it was good-natured ribbing with the goal of trying to communally think of a better suggestion. I guess you can keep believing everyone should have the same sense of humor as you and everyone else is mean, and I'll keep enjoying Marisol & Uthman's content in peace.

I quickly have to say, the cadence on the Rapline is unmatched and that applies to each of them. Starting with Hobi, this man's stage presence is insane. When you mentioned his control, I strongly agree! He has so much power as soon as he holds a mic! One day, I hope to ask an army that sat front row when those canons went off... what's it like???? Now for Joonie, the fact that Namjoon doesn't "dance" in his live stage but is still able to give a captivating performance is a credit to his MC ability and again another member with full control on stage. It must be really daunting to go solo and I would have been terrified in his position but Namjoon is so calm and collected, I'm in awe every time I see him. Last but not least Yoongi, i always giggle a little when I see Yoongi with choreography, not because he's funny (he definitely ain't) but the lie he was told that he wouldn't be dancing back in the days always plays in my head. Poor dude, was told he just had to do a two-step not a whole a** performance and then fast forward a few years, we get Seesaw live 😂 yoongi is one hell of a performer, same as the others, total control on stage. He draws the audience in with his demeanor for this song and gives it his all every time. Overall, as individuals they are very talented and can certainly hold their own, however as a trio... As a TRIO, it's over fam, like pack it up, I mean this as politely as I can but others don't really stand a chance 😂

They asked for advice before, you missed the timing and decided to said it here (which is fine) but I think then you should have worded differently like "I should have said it before but could you react to this instead?, the translations are better in this video, etc," but the way you said it sounds like you are mocking them. Pls take this reply as a constructive cristicism, cause wording really matters online

You read my comment and took it as it was intended and then you let someone else tell you it was mean. My comment was said in a totally harmless, good-natured way with the intent of giving them a suggestion that would improve their experience and ours. Because Ophelia decided to read my comment in a cartoonish evil-villain voice, she decided to perceive me as a jerk. That's on her. You should try to give yourself a little more credit and trust your own interpretation. Not every comment has some sort of malicious agenda attached to it and taking random ARMYs at their word when they're trying to call someone else a bad guy is not a good way to navigate this fandom.

They didn't do an ounce of justice to the poetry in Just Dance (or any other video the creator has ever done). They try to get them up fast so their translations are really rushed and they don't incorporate any nuance or context. I can't give you a better recommendation--maybe Zati Farhani?--but maybe my fellow ARMYs can help out. I tend to stick to Doolset.

I went to Metlife Day 1 in head to toe Jimin gear and Hoseok hit the stage for Just Dance and snatched my soul from my body. People think we call him the Sun because he's bright and full of energy but it's really because he has his own gravity. He's so powerful on stage. I was screaming before I was even consciously aware of it and I didn't stop screaming til it was over. My fan cam is a mess--I sound inhuman. But he just pulled it out of me. He's had his boot on my throat ever since. Just Dance stole the whole concert. He's just a one-of-a-kind performer.

2022-05-16 02:23:08 +0000 UTCThe last video cut at the best part lol, Yoongi went to sit on the "seesaw" and Taehyung was there looking at him wanting to be noticed and Yoongi was Yoongi and remained unbothered 😂 Also, the outfit of the second performance of Seesaw made such a commotion on Twitter and still to this day makes armys crazy!! But i mean, he was in a tank top with a see through sweater over it and his shoulder bare... It's a LOOK!!

I'm with Marisol i love this more melodic songs of the rap line, but love the hard ones too that's why it's so hard to answer qotd 😅 but seriously, this songs are so beautiful!! I love how groovy and dance-y Just Dance is, love the wordplay in Love and love the whole performance of Seesaw because it's not everyday you see Yoongi dancing solo and blessing us with his vocals!!! Fun fact: the click in the beginning of Seesaw is from a record player i believe, but on the performance there's a door because the director thought it was the click of a door opening 😂😂

So, each song is a trivia of a chapter in the love yourself journey, Trivia: Love i think is from Her, Trivia: Seesaw is from Tear (obviously hehe) and Trivia: Just Dance is from Wonder, I'm not entirely sure but that's it each is part of this concepts, so you know Her is the beginning of Love and how it's sweet and seems perfect, and Just Dance is part of Wonder together with Euphoria, where you begin to wonder if this love is right and then comes Tear which you see that Love has this up and downs like Seesaw and there's this "dark side" of it and you get tired and end it to find the Answer that is "You can't love another person without loving yourself first"

Just dance is the beginning where he enjoys dancing with them, then Love is when he starts questioning the relationship, and then Seesaw is where they end it(?). I seriously don't know how you understood most of it. Please use someplace else for lyrics like Doolset Bangtan or Genius. QOTD: Suga's Seesaw or JHope's Ego are my favorite solo tracks from the rap line of all time!💜

2022-05-16 00:59:21 +0000 UTCso glad you made it to ly: answer!! it has some of my favorite songs in their entire discography. 💕 trivia: love is one of them. namjoon's wordplay in the song is just insane and it's kind of difficult to grasp everything for non-koreans. i'll try to explain everything i know!! 1. in korean, "person/human" (사람)[saram] and "love" (사랑)[sarang] sound almost the same. the difference between both words is the last character ("ㅁ"[m] for person and "ㅇ"[ng] for love). the lyrics "i'm just a human, human, human/ you erode all my corners/and turn me into love, love, love" refers to what happens to the word "사람" if you erode the corners in "ㅁ" and turn it into "ㅇ". that's why "person/human" becomes "love" 2. the lyrics "you/we sit gently on it/ and it becomes a heart" refers to what happens if you were to sit gently on top of the character "ㅇ": the top part would dip to the center, turning the circle into "♡" 3. "it's a long way from I to U/fuck J-K-L-M-N-PQRST/I crossed all the letters and reached you" it's genius because which letters are between "I" and "U" in the alphabet? exactly! "JKLMNOPQRST". that's why it's a "long way" between those two letters. 4. namjoon also says "J-K-L-M-N" slowly and "PQRST" faster and separately because it's a reference to an electrocardiogram (ECG) in which the waves of a person's heart are labeled with those letters (P, Q, R, S and T). 5. "i learned thanks to you/why a person should live by loving." again, 사람 [saram]("person"), 사라 [sara]("live") and 사랑 [sarang]("love") sound all similar to each other. 6. "look, mine and yours also sound similar/though that doesn't make me you", the same kind of wordplay for person and love applies here as well. "mine/my" (내)[nae] and "yours" (네)[ne] are pronounced basically the same, but with a slight difference. 7.
