Today we are finally reacting to Jhope’s beautiful masterpiece Hope World! ✈️☀️🌸
We’ve always enjoyed JHopes parts in BTS’ music and today we get to solely focus and appreciate him and all the positive energy he brings through his music. ⚡️
This mixtape was amazing!! We’ve listened to it before but after paying close attention to the lyrics and what JHope is telling us through his music, we love it even more. 💕 Jhope has a way of having big dreams but still staying humble. I think you could tell by our reaction how much we enjoyed it. ☺️
Hope World was so unique, creative, original, and just JHope esq. We hope to get more music from JHope soon!! 💜

I feel like unfortunately many ppl don't see real Hobi through his songs(( For example, though Daydream or EGO have such fun videos and funky sounds , he said himself that the meaning of both songs was pretty deep. Hobi is sure not just smiles and laugh, but many deep thoughts and emotions which he shows in his lyrics but at the same time, he makes it the way people don't feel bored or depressed. Love him so much for being himself!

It just encapsulates Hobi as well as what BTS is all about, what they stand for and what they want to contribute to the world with their music. And we as ARMYs are the living proof of it. Of how Hobi and BTS as a whole are a Piece of Peace in the world. And i agree with a lot comments that says Hobi's lyricism and production skills definitely deserves more hype and recognition.. He really is the embodiment of HOPE. A true hopeful existence in every sense of the word!

I think he's so underrated when it comes to lyrics. because of the upbeat and happy vibes people do not dig into his work but every verse blows my mind. I remember Airplane was one of the first songs I heard of bts members and I spent 2 weeks just listening to this song so I could say it is my favorite. side note: I've never noticed the wordplay daydream they dream OMG

2022-01-24 08:53:31 +0000 UTCWow to even describe what j hope's music means to me is difficult. Firstly id like to say how much of a fan i am of his voice in general. He is extremely talented, especially when it comes to flows and making songs catchy. Like you familia, I have always loved his verses, usually they catch my attention right away and they always sound different and unique. He is not only a great rapper but an amazing vocalist as well. I think him being able to sing benefits him a lot, he's just a vibe. Another rapper who has these qualities would be Doja Cat, she sings, raps, AND also dances (for a while armys have wanted a collab lmao) All in all he is talented in many things, which is why he is nicknamed "golden hyung". Another thing i love is the way his music is just so him. I believe he will be remembered for a long time, especially since he has his own style to music. His lyrics have always been healing to me as well, i just always find myself smiling or dancing. I honestly cant wait for his 2nd mixtape, i know i wont be disappointed. To answer your question, Baseline, Piece of Peace, and Hope World are my favorites lol 💜💜

I feel like I take something really tangible from his verses in BTS songs and his lyrics in his own projects. He always has sort of the wrap up. RM & Suga make commentaries and Hobi has the action item. The "well what do we do with that" part. That's one of the reasons I think it's a shame that we sometimes don't talk about his lyricism as much. That signature optimistic message in BTS songs...so much of that is Hobi's lyrics. Ego literally changed my life. Anyway, I think sometimes people don't see positive messages as artistic or intellectual but joy and optimism and hope are among the most powerful emotions in the human experience. I really connect emotionally with Hobi's music and lyrics.

It's my go to when I'm on a walk or on my commute. It's just got a lot of variety and has a great flow and every song is a bop. It gives me a lot of energy. And you have to be impressed at how much versatility is on display here. j-hope has such a well-defined and specific brand that we hear his stuff and know it's j-hope and could only ever be j-hope and yet he still manages to surprise and challenge fans again and again. He's a genius and an innovator and a phenomenal lyricist. I can't wait for Hope World 2!!

But anyways, i love blue side, i remember when I listened to it in 2018 and i got so sad even without knowing exactly what he was saying, it just got me so emotional :((

Like he says "Walking on eggshells errday" and stuff like that, for me he's talking like he daydream about just being him, without hesitating because there's people "in his business" and if he takes one step "wrong" he'll have lots of covers and articles blaming him or talking bad about him, i think Daydream is about this!! How in his daydream he's just Jung hoseok, and he got to be young, wild and free, get drunk without care etc but it doesn't last forever, unfortunately...

He said that he wants to release hope world 2 this year, i really hope so because I'm in need of hoseok's amazing songs and lyrics!! I'll not say much, because since you guys will check out his VLIVE next week it's better to hear from his mouth!! But i totally agree with everything you said, and actually you gave me a little different point of view of Daydream that i didn't think about... But i love p.o.p, and you said army's but i think it's with the whole world you know? He's always donating to charity and stuff, or using clothes/items related to some social cause, he's amazing!! I also love how in Hangsang he shout out not only the members but the whole team that is together with him, the staffs, managers, etc it's just so heartwarming idk, i would've loved to see the members react to it too lol, it was probably funny because they can't handle "sappy" stuff haha

I wish people would examine daydream a bit more closely because it's such an interesting look deeper into hobi but people just think it's a fun song and vibe to it without realising. He really goes into a lot of detail about how torn he is and the things he can't have
