I recently became a patreon so I've been marathoning all the videos and I have to say I laughed a lot when Jimin's fingers appear and Uthman goes "awn" and Marisol talks about him being nervous, but Uthman actually found the fingers cute lol

2021-09-21 21:15:57 +0000 UTCQOTD: I honestly find it so hard to pick my favorite song off this album but Serendipity is probably the top one because this song just holds a special place in my heart I just love the aesthetic of the song and the way Jimin sings is so angelic and peaceful! I love the dance for this song as well it just look like he is moving like water. I remember when I went to Speak Yourself tour back in 2019 and I got to experience this song live it felt like I was floating on clouds it was just an out of body out of mind experience and this song just means so much to me

2021-09-21 20:10:55 +0000 UTCSerendipity will always have a special place in my heart. It’s my favorite song in the world. It’s just so BEAUTIFUL. I listen to it at least three times a day. His voice is gorgeous and his performances are iconic. This song is the one that actually made me an Army and made Jimin my ultimate bias in Kpop. His dancing is everything. He’s something different. I’m obsessed with his dancing. Jimin is literally the beat. I love how he moves softly on some moves then powerful on other moves. He’s like very graceful and elegant then powerful and sharp. He’s very detailed with literally ever move. As a dancer myself I had to learn this choreo. Some moves were a little challenging for me because I couldn’t do it exactly like Jimin. His dancing is so hard to replicate. He has his own style. But it was so fun to learn, I love it so much. Fun fact: Serendipity is known as the “baby’s lullaby.” Jimin’s soothing soft, angelic, comforting, healing voice and the soft calming sensation of the song helps babies sleep and stop them from crying. After seeing videos of the babies. I ended up recommending this song to my moms friend bc their baby would cry so much and they had a hard time putting her to sleep. They said this song helped them sm. The baby doesn’t cry as much anymore and the baby goes to sleep easily as long as they play the song. I’m like that’s the magic of Jimin’s voice✨

Jimin's hair is blond and curly and he has a yellow blanket. Also, when Tae and Hobi go on a drive in In The Soop and see a Little Prince billboard, Tae points to it and says, "It's Jimin."

2021-09-16 19:54:47 +0000 UTCJust for context, there has been a pattern(?) in the early days of bangtan that if hoseok said this album will be a hit, it actually didn't, and if hoseok said he is not so sure this time, that album always blew up lol (It's kinda like Pele's prophecies which always proved to be exactly the opposite). That's why they made hobi prophesy that DNA will not get popular. And acting bluntly or saying in a brusque tone is the stereotype/typical trait of men from 경상도 where yoongi is from. There is a popular joke in which the masculine and seemingly blunt 경상도 guy indifferently throwing the present he prepared for a very long time saying "[I] just picked this up [on the ground/street]" 😂😂

Additionally, I want to say that sometimes the lyrics are simpler than you think. Serendipity quite literally is about destiny, not about hardships. Sometimes the songs and their meanings do not need a lot of overthinking. Can’t wait to continue to react to Love Yourself with y’all. This is only the beginning of an era that touched millions of people.

2021-09-16 06:04:07 +0000 UTCWhat I love about this whole LY trilogy is the genius storytelling. From the song titles to the lyrics, everything just ties together perfectly. You'll notice in LY:Her, the songs are more on the bright and happy side because it tells the story of finding this fated love. The feeling of finding someone destined for you. That fleeting feeling as you can already see here in Serendipity.. Then when you get to LY:Tear, the whole theme of the album, even the album cover and design is more on the dark side because it tackles about the love falling apart. The dark and hidden side of oneself and the pain of hiding behind a mask. Then we get to LY:Answer, a compilation album telling the complete story where we finally realize that before we love other people, we must love and accept ourselves first. Everything is just genius and iconic. Such a legendary era the Love Yourself is, with such a great message as well.. This series meant so much to me and helped me A LOT in truly learning how to accept and love myself, every flaw and imperfection.. I would go as far as to say, these albums truly saved me! So i'm so so excited to see you dive so much deeper into these trilogy familia... I hope you enjoy it to the fullest... :)

My eyes would always look for him whenever I watch BTS (MVs before LY), but it was Serendipity that really got me into BTS and of course the entire LY Her album. When the MV came out, I did not expect that it was just Jimin and boy! I was stunned! He's like an angel and the song was soooo good. After watching the MV, that's when I said to myself Jimin is my bias and he remained my bias up to this date. :)

Did you know that it was discovered accidentally?? It's really curious how it wasn't really intended but they found out a cure for a really bad disease 😂 Anyways, i think you should do the DNA comeback show and the BTS Countdown after, maybe before Namjoon's Behind Vlive!! P.s.: they will joke about Penicillium/blue mold on the comeback Vlive so remember it!!!! QOTD: i love Serendipity and DNA, but my favorite is definitely Best of me or Dimple/Illegal!! 2021-09-16 00:21:58 +0000 UTCi'm not really sure what hardships you were picking up from serendipity haha. from what i know it's judt about what seems an ideal relationship where they were destined to be together. and yes they are the correct lyrics. he says you're my penicillin (the person saved him), and that he's is their calico cat (the theory i've heard is that it's about uniqueness. he calls himself that and it's very uncommon for male calico cats to exist) my favourite currently is outro: her!

Wow we're so spoiled!! 💜💜 I love this Vlive so much because they start to get sidetracked and talking about birthday gifts 😂😂 also, love at the beginning were they were "frozen" and Hobi moved and they were all like YAA I love Serendipity soo much, so glad that we got a extended version on LY: answer!! And i was so surprised when I saw it was him on the intro since until LY:her only the rappers did the intro, so imagine me freaking out seeing his eyes at the beginning lol
