They paced themselves quite well in the beginning and they even strategized their cooking order. They decided to cook the side dish first to start off the avatars steadily. ๐ข

If you are gonna use kimchi in quesadilla, pls make sure it is fermented enough to become sour. (We usually put kimchi in room temperature for a few days to make it fermented) Sour kimchi tastes like sour tomato sauce and really goes well with cheese, Mexican food and meats ;)

2021-09-09 02:22:40 +0000 UTC- sujebi is more like a dumpling, hand ripping dough into thinned bits and dropping them into boiling soup to cook - kalguksu is knife-cut noodles - anchovies - essential part of Korean cooking, it's in darned near everything - dried anchovies like what they were using, are used to make stock - you remove the head and guts from the dried fish, and put the bodies of the fish, along with dried kelp, the bottoms and roots of Korean giant green onion, and chunks of Korean giant mu radish, into a pot of water, and boil to make a stock - it's not a hugely fishy stock, just savory and salty - once you have the stock, like all stocks, it is then used to build up flavors to make a rich and flavorful soup - FYI, chicken noodle soup, to Koreans, is dak (chicken) kal (knife) guksu (noodle soup) - the reason why the dough melded into chunks (other than not having had the time to rest it properly) is because, when you roll out the dough, you're supposed to flour the thin dough before rolling it up to slice into noodles to keep the sticky dough from touching itself - they never added the flour, so the dough just stuck together *special note* Korean food and Mexican food are a very popular and common fusion. Tacos, quesadillas, burritos - kimchi and cheese are automatically a great combo, along with the flavors of bulgogi and jalapenos. It's quite trendy, and they do go VERY well together. You could try a quick stir fried kimchi quesadilla with plenty of cheese and give it a try - easy and yummy. During one of their interviews, JK mentioned he liked making pizza at home a lot using tortillas. They make excellent thin crust pizzas - tortilla + sauce + toppings + cheese in an oven for like 15 minutes and you've got thin crust pizza.

Good" ๐๐ Also, love to see when they're like "it's good because you guys are good" "no, but your instructions were good" it's sooo cute and always warm my heart!! And the clip on the behind the scenes where each were singing something and Tae was singing opera is literally my favorite clip ever!! Because it's literally them, a chaos but whatever they do fits so well together somehow!! P.s.: in a few hours something will come out with 3J and I'm sooo excited!!! QOTD: forgot question of the day lol, i like salty and sweet but nothing spicy, i don't do well with spicy ๐
