We awed, laughed, got nervous, and cringed like if we were with the members put into these uncomfortable situations.
Warren G comes back for another episode to challenge the boys to make a Hip Hop music video but with ladies!
It was so nerve-wrecking and entertaining watching the members try to cast girls on a Hollywood street. Given that there was a huge language and culture barrier the members handled themselves well!
We're so proud to be stans of such polite gentlemen!

2021-08-08 05:22:47 +0000 UTCsome skills i would like to add is definitely ASL & PAINTING. im actually getting more and more fluent in ASL. im doing the namjoon method, i watch an show that’s like 90% ASL, but they have characters that are deaf and hearing but they all use ASL. im going to practice soon on painting im gonna do bts album covers, i think ill start with ORUL2!.

Takes me forever to identify, gather needed materials/content and organize it to begin creating the finished product and it's frustrating. 😒 😁 Great reaction! FYI...L.A. has one of the largest Koren populations in the U.S. including Korea Town so I doubt they missed eating Korean food as their is an abundance of authentic Korean grocery stores, restaurants etc..close by to choose from. 🍠🍙🥓🍡I was dying and in awe of their courage asking random females on the street if they'd like to be in their mv. 😬🤣 But that's how they did it back then for some artist to folks in their mv I know, because my sister was approached for a Sir Mix A Lot in Seattle for one of his mv. She said no because didn't know who he was! 😂 It also made me realize that even at that age they had way more courage and professionalism then I initially gave them credit for to handle their business, despite the nervousness and language barrier. It also was a good reminder that we don't know the members as much as we think we do. We know and see what they show us, but there's so much more to them that we don't see and they keep privately to themselves and rightly so. 💜

This is the one of the episodes I laughed breathlessly 😂 V chanting confidence confidence; also suga being shy around the girls is the cutest thing ever, Jin asking "You don't know 'annyeonghaseyo'😂?" 2021-08-08 00:41:26 +0000 UTCThis channel creator actually flat out admitted that he used bts and army for clout and money.. he even wrote an article about how he failed to earn a living out of it, its crazy.. so i wouldn't really call him an army.. but i admit the interviews on his channel are such great representations of how diverse army really is and how bts really are impacting people's lives.. I would agree to watching it because it was a great interview with jewels dad but just be wary of the channel creator because he's not doing it out of love for the boys and the fandom..

There's actually a video where another ARMY interviewed her dad last year about how she was and how she felt about the boys when she was still alive. It’s a cultural thing and we know that Yoongi has spoken about not wanting tattoos himself ever. It just has to do with culture, I’m sure he was fine when Jungkook got them.

I'm happy he is able to do things he wanted to do when he became an adult. Yoongi's little comments were funny. Tae is so sweet when he was talking to the lady.

Her father later on went into an interview about it and mentioned how jewel told him she knew they’ll be really successful one day because they were such genuinely nice group of guys 💜 RIP angel

2021-08-07 03:58:06 +0000 UTC- qotd - if I could choose any skill I'd download onto myself, and just have that skill immediately at a high level of proficiency, it'd have to be languages - I'd love to be a polyglot - I used to be fluent in both Korean and English, and took French, Spanish, and Latin in school, but because of some issues with life growing up, and I had SO many varied interests, I just didn't have the time to hone my skills, which is something I do regret - I don't dislike any of the other skills I have, but I wish I'd dedicated more time to that one - LA galbi - LA as in Los Angeles - since LA has the biggest population of Koreans outside of Korea, there are a TON of amazing Korean restaurants there, and they developed their own version of galbi, which is a thinner cut with a different marinade, and is known as LA galbi, even in Korea - manner hands - like someone mentioned above - it's a tradition in Korea that males don't touch strange females without their permission, especially in the case of celebrities and idols, where men are constantly having to get close with women to take photos, in poses where they wrap their arms around each other - the men will actually float their hands near the ladies, but not actually touching, since many are also often wearing dresses with skin, and skinship is an intimacy in Korea, and is something that people don't just engage in with strangers - but even in normal clothing, most celebrities, especially our boys, are always conscious and maintain manner hands - this is also the reason why Asians bow, rather than hug or shake hands, when greeting someone - touch is considered an intrusion on someone else's private space, and a sign of familiarity, so it'd be rude to do without permission - and why, in K-dramas, when a boy grabs a girl's hand is a heart pounding slow motion moment - noona - what males call close older females - there is a trend in Korea, like the US fantasy of high school boys wanting college girls, or the fantasies over MILFs and cougars - young Korean men fantasize over the older ladies, too - it started with a song titled Because You're My Woman, released in 2004, sung be Lee Seung Gi (an actor, but he does occasionally put out music), where he sings about his love for an older woman - this started a huge wave of guys wanting "noona", and there have been many songs and dramas about this romantic dynamic since - this is why Yoongi (and JK and Tae) is so nervous around the older ladies they casted for the music video ^^

So I have a stammer/stutter and when I was only around 14 years old (I'm 23 now) I had to travel to a completely new city that I'd never been to before for a week long very intensive speech therapy/course thing and on the second to last day we literally had to walk around the whole city and talk to exacly 100 people like we literally had a little counter machine thing that we had to show afterwards to prove that we'd done it and omg familiar as someone with a stammer/stutter who has severe Anxiety and also really struggles with communication (I'm also Autistic) IT WAS SO SCARYYYY and I was soooo so nervous! We had to go around with a partner (just like the boys did) which made it a little easier but omg it was still one of the hardest things i've ever had to do but I did do it and I actually somehow managed to talk to exactly 114 people! I actually went over the given number which was already a lot to begin with! 😅🙈 On the very last day we actually had to stand on a podieum one by one right in the middle of the very busy city and just speak out loud to the people (and the huge crowd that had formed around us) and that was also just as terrifiying/nerve wrecking but I did also manage to do that too and even gave another girl who was quite a bit older than me but even more scared than me the motivation to also go up there too 💜 It was honestly such an amazing experience and is something that I'm still proud of myself for till this day 9 whole years later 💖 This episode with the boys walking around the streets having to talk to random people always takes me right back and I love it and them soooo so much! I absolutely love it when I can relate to them like this 🤩💜

I'm an extrovert but going up to strangers on the street of a foreign country?? Seriously, part of the reason these guys survived through all their struggles is the amount of sheer will they possess. I'm in awe of them always. Also, if I could add an ability, I'd want it to be creativity. I paint, draw, sing, write, act...but I'm not artistic at all. I mostly do covers and I write very pragmatic real-life type stuff. I don't have that artist brain where inspiration springs forth nor do I have an artistic perspective or voice and I'd really like to have that. haha.

Korea, as well as most countries in Asia still has a very conservative culture but since the boys are in America, a more carefree country, you'd think they would loosen up a bit but it's really nice to see them maintain that respect and attitude that they have towards women.. :) QOTD: Painting / Drawing. I've always wondered how it feels to actually be able to create such wonderful pieces of art literally by hand.. I can't even make a stick man properly so yeah... I want me some art skills!

I always cringe when I see them with the girls but i find it absolutely adorable and hilarious too 😂 Like, their conversations with them were so cute!! Also, i don't really know or remember why that "couple" where there but i love this moment because it's so cutee "you're my friend friend?" 😭😭 Taehyung is such a baby, i love him Also, unfortunately, Jewel passed away in September of 2014 :(( we all miss her and cherish their moments with the boys, especially Hobi and Jin because she was so nice with them!! 2021-08-07 01:11:57 +0000 UTCFamilia I TOTALLY understand u when in some scenes u get a bit triggered!!(I do too) and even tho i enjoy American hustle life and I think it was a great chance for bts to learn about hiphop, get educated, practice learn and just grow as artists, there are still scenes that are hard for me to watch u know? and so I think even tho it was a cool show, some scenes and actions towards the members were just too much/rude, and we as armys just get protective over them (with good rights in my opinion bc bts went through a lot so we wanna protect and defend them) so thank u for always giving us such a real and genuine reaction where ur not scared to show that u get upset or triggered by some things!!💜💜

Jewel (The girl with Hobi and Jin) very sadly passed away in September 2014 (just 2 months after this was filmed) in a car accident 😔💔 We all still miss her soooo so much and will always be incredibly grateful for her kindness towards our boys and for taking good care of them for us! We will never forget her and i'm sure she'd be soooo damn proud of the boys and far they've come since then if she was still here today 🥺💜
