We are back to finish off this beautiful album and we are starting this album reaction with a little surprise! The comment section was very convincing that this surprise was a must-watch 😂 and we are glad we watched it! 💜
Familia we wish you guys could see our second, third, and fourth, etc. reaction to these tracks! The more we listen to them the more we catch new things, we start getting familiar with the melodies, and eventually attempt to sing along to our favorite parts haha 😂

So..still in HYYH era 🤣 https://youtu.be/vwc5zTayVJw The original version has a sad vibe but bts really rocks this song with new arrangement! It was on KCon 2016 at France. It was a medley with other artists too , but BTS appeared first as the opening performance. Other artists were joining the last chorus part and THEY SING ARIRANG IN BTS VERSION. The dance at the beginning is cool though 💜 P/S: Every army need to know this Arirang cover..

2021-04-06 11:36:28 +0000 UTCPlease I hope you read my comments..! :) This song is just so meaningful but hard to understand for the foreign army to understand deeply:) What hobi said 062-518 in his lyrics is that 062 is a region phone number in Gwangju, and 518 is symbolizing the day when one of the most massive democratic movement has held at Gwangju in April 18th (5.18), 1980. That time was the dictating era when Korean citizens didn't even had a proper right to vote. Government controlled the media to block out and erase any news related to the movement in Gwangju, and they closed whole Gwangju city to avoid any of the people from other region would know what's happening in there. No one could go in or go out. Government officials were scared that this movement would spread out to the other part of the Korea. So the government used armies to kill and prison the innocent people in Gwangju with just the fact that they wanted democracy. Therefore, nowadays especially people from Gwangju are very proud of their history of that moment, and that's why Hobi mentioned 518 in the lyrics:) Also, what Yoongi said "blue blood runs in my body" means the famous baseball team in Daegu. Daegu's local baseball team is 'Samsung Lions' and their team color is blue. In contrast, Hobi mentioned 'Kia' in his lyrics and that is the Gwangju's local baseball team. 2021-04-05 16:23:51 +0000 UTCThe number 062-518 don't just represent the area code. The area code is 062, but 518 represents the 18th of May,1980, which is the date of the Gwangju Uprising. It was basically a Democratic Uprising that led to a lot of deaths and injuries of Gwangju people from the government. It was very violent and still to this day, the "official" number of deaths is highly debatable. The government even denied the real purpose of it, claiming it was a communist movement for a long time. The people involved in this uprising the most were university students and teachers (just a side note, but J-Hope's father is a teacher, so that may add an extra level of significance to it for J-Hope). Suga actually produced , composed, and wrote a song called 062-518 for his underground group D-Town back in the day as well, you should check it out. He doesn't rap on it, but he was the one who wrote it.

For example: In Baepsae you say Bepse if that makes sense. With Seokjin it’s Sokjin. Hoseok is Hosok. And so on. Since Marisol knows Spanish I assume you roughly know how to pronounce the vowels.

2021-04-05 09:03:37 +0000 UTCremember the skit a while ago? hobi was talking about how every song he thought would do badly ended up doing well, and what he thought would do well ending up doing badly. that's why they said "noooooo" when he said he expects this one to do well they were teasing tae, that's why he was saying "nooo stop" when the lyrics video sayings %&*#@*^$& etc it doesn't mean cursing, it just means they translator couldn't hear what was being said oh no pretty please listen to the beautiful harmonies of the live performances.

(which is extremely difficult to do on the spot, by the way) If you pay really close attention to their performances in general, him and Jimin often change tiny little details in the choreo on the spot. They just have that special talent lol

I have another live from that exact concert that's equally as emotional and touching. They sang young forever. It's the reason why he cried during Wembley when army surprised them. It brought back memories.

2021-04-05 04:05:40 +0000 UTCI didn't mean for this to happen but I have three Hobi-related comments haha. 1) As much as he's proud of Gwangju--Gwangju ADORES him. The whole town came together to do a lip sync through the city of Chicken Noodle Soup as like their town hall and major landmarks and people from all likes including some big residents joined in. They built a mental health facility and named it Hope and opened it on his birthday because "that's the day Hope was born." They erected a big HOPE statue in his honor that has messages from ARMY engraved all over it (that Hobi saw and sent a thank you note engraved on a gold plaque that was attached to it), and have murals of Hope World and Chicken Noodle Soup all over. Gwangju is like Hobi-ville. They're very proud of him. 2) Hobi in Baepsae is ridiculous. The LY/LY:SY tours had Baebsae and he had another improv moment where he did all kinds of dangerous and beautiful things. 3) In the skit when they ask Hobi "how will our title do" and he said it would do well and they all groaned and were like Noooooooo! it's because Hobi had really bad instincts about how well a new release would fare. If he thought it would do well, it didn't at all and if he thought it would tank, it would do amazingly. So because Hobi thought this title would do well, the boys were like "that means it'll tank." haha. Anyway, idk why all the thoughts I catalogued as we went were Hobi related but there it is. Thanks for your reaction! It's a great album! I'm excited for the next one!!

What you have listened to is the full version which was introduced on the next album which is the Young Forever album. There's no big difference really, the shorter version just doesn't have the second verse but just wanna tell you cos you might get confused when you see House of Cards Full Version on the track list of the next album.. :)
