I dont know if I'm the only one experiencing this in the part 1 link but the play bar below the video wouldn't disappear and it blocks the whole subtitle of the Knowing Brothers video. I just decided not to watch the entire part 1 coz it was so frustrating that I can't figure out why the play bar isn't going away.

if you guys still remember their Festa 2018 the one with the alcohol, RM thanked Jin for always being the mood maker and making everyone comfortable specially when they go for variety shows. He specifically mentioned "Knowing Bros" because RM said they were very nervous in appearing in the show since the comedians were known to be really hard in making fun or dissing their guests, but as soon as they entered the room Jin immediately broke the ice by yelling "yah!".....so yeah, this was the show that RM was pertaining to :)

You're right Marisol, I think Namjoon know almost every question but I think he just don't want to answer it all he only answer the question when after everyone could not get it right. And if he doesn't answer anything it also not good for the show it seem like he still on BTS side and not gushing it right for AUA team😁 especially at 27:11 he about to get it right but he chose to say it wrong to give BTS team a chance.

There is a reason why Jungkook is passive. In the past, when I went alone on variety shows, I was ignored because my agency was small. I bought a hamburger at my own expense, but Seo Jang-hoon and Jo Se-ho ignored it and fans had to watch it in real time. By d way, if you remember on BTS FESTA DINNER, they actually talk about being on the show. How nerve wrecking it was for them to be on knowing bros. with 20 people than performing in front of thousands of ARMYs. Tunisia is actually my country and I wasn't surprised that they didn't know its capital, yoongi will be asked about it again in one of RUN episodes XD Before I got into BTS there was this korean show called 2 days 1 night where they travel to a place and they play a lot of games mainly for food, the first episode I watched was the one where they had the cast of Hwarang, the drama that Tae was a part of but Tae wasn't there (I watched it that time because I'm a fan of park seo joon) and that episode made me watch all of the 3rd season, it was really funny, I didn't know before watching it that korean variety shows are so funny, they have the best games ever

1. A New Journey to the West is a show where members travel to different places in the country or abroad and look for lost pearls from a legend (the legend will be told at the beginning of the show). They do different tasks and each season they put on funny costumes of different famous characters. There are several seasons in the show. They have two members of the Knowing Brothers - Kang Hodong (a man in black in the episode with BTS that you just watched) and Lee Soogeun (who was sitting behind Hodong). Omg I'm so happy you watched this! I laughed my head off watching it with you. You really should look up videos of BTS interacting with heechul. he is in an idol group called super junior who are a generation older than BTS and all of the BTS members look up to super junior so much. Heechul is hilarious. and if you want to watch more Korean variety shows like this there is one called running man I think it was episode 300 or something like that BTS were in it and it was really good. It's actually a physical game that they have to play against the regular presenters and it was so funny.

if you're into korean variety shows now, i recommend Running Man, its the best hilarious show ever, and BTS appeared in one ep. (Ep.300, you can immediately find it in YT, cos they only appeared for a segment and not for the whole show, still waiting for that to happen tbh) it took some time for Knowing Bros to come in spotlight to compete for Running Man tho, but both are hilarious cos their plot and storyline are different.

Thank you, I enjoyed a lot watching with you. That plastic hammer by the way, sounds really loud but doesn't give you that much pain. (I mean not as much as its sound) It is very common item used as penalty in Korean variety show and people tend to think louder sound and reaction makes the show to be more fun. So generally it's not impolite or surprising behaviour usuing the hammer like that in Korean show. :D I always enjoy your videos, hope you stay healthy. all korean variety shows have this kind of editing its so funny!! bts took part on the following shows: weekly idol ep. 203, 229, also some of the members were on: star king (ho dong show), please take care of my refrigerator ep. 153(cooking show), law of the jungle, let's eat dinner (show with ho dong) AND last but not least the King of all shows Running Man (this show is amazing)......if you want to watch another knowing brothers ep i would recommend to watch one with mamamoo as guests (mamamoo is vocally the best girl group, they are also really charismatic and funny and BTS loves them!!), also everything with Jessi (korean rapper) is really funny she is really american like and savage (running man with her is also really good)

I feel like I should clarify that Jimin is being humble saying he isn't the main dancer (he and hobi both are and always have been). Hobi is dance leader though, which could also be what he meant. Jungkook is quite shy. You notice it when you watch other content, but he's louder with the other members.

If you enjoyed this, you should also react to BTS on Running Man. They did a hilarious challenge there too. BTS on korean variety shows is a very rare sight especially after 2016 or 2017. BTS said before that they get really shy during these variety shows and that they always had a full schedule, which is why they made RUN BTS. Because they can film it according to their schedule and the members are also comfortable with just themselves. I really enjoyed this reaction, this is my third time watching it, but I still laughed with you guys.

I remember when they said that they perform in front of thousands of people with extreme confidence but they got so nervous more than ever in this small studio when they did this show. That's why they thanked Jin so much for breaking the ice at the beginning. Bangtan will have a comeback this November and I would really love for them to come back to this show and Running Man.. ahh, i really enjoyed this for sure! but what i’d like you two to know is that those comedian guys, some of them (like hodong) are said to actually be mean in real life. don’t know how true that is but i have seen other episodes and other idols have said he yells at his stylist and isn’t that great of a person to be around. i really like his television persona, it’s really entertaining, but i can’t 100% enjoy it knowing he’s not the person he portrays himself to be. but! i heard that other guy heechul is a pretty nice guy so 🤔

Honestly I don’t stan anyone but BTS, but on this show I absolutely love some idol group appearances. I highly recommend SuJU episodes (Super Junior) because that’s Heechul’s group and they drag each other to oblivion. It’s hilarious. Also EXO has some extremely funny episodes that I keep going back to!

Oh my god I forgot how hilarious this was! And it highlights just how talented the members are too 😍 I love these hosts. They are great at making their guests relax. I think Jungkook was a bit shy because they're not used to doing variety shows and have only done a handful compared to other idol groups. Plus they were kind of lightly 'bullied' for comedy in various variety shows earlier on in their career so that might of contributed and led to Bighit creating their own Run BTS. Thank you for reacting to this familia. Yes Jin did break the ice. They mentioned it in their BTS festa dinner that they were grateful to Jin for doing that because they were nervous at first. They’re not used to guesting on variety shows and any shows on tv for that matter except for one or 2 members doing guest appearances in some shows.

FYI, 24:10 of the first episode, In Korea, we have a family book, and some family follow the rules when they name their boys (not to girls). Min, Yun Gi of Gi is already decided in the book so his parents have to use name finish with Gi. It can be the first or second syllable of the name -- You know Korean names are basically 2 syllables except for family name. That's why Min Kyung hoon asked Yungi again he uses Gi as family name and realizes that he is higher. Kyung hoon's father may uses Gi as his family name too in that case.

There was a south-korean group called Sugar during the early 2000s and one of the singers' names was Ayumi. That's why they asked yoongi where's Ayumi simply bc his stage name is similar. Also BTS are huge fans of the band BUZZ. Every time there was karaoke in a run bts episode, they sang one of their songs.

I've actually never watched this before so I'm excited to see it for the first time with you guys!! If you need more content to watch, I'd suggest the comeback lives on V Live. It's a fun show they did before each album release so you can start at the beginning - even though I didn't think they started doing it until around 2015 or so. It'll tell you behind the scenes stories from the album and there are some good memes in them (like the iconic butt slap jk gives hope)

This is probably the only variety show that I find acceptable to watch. Joon on problematic men is good to watch though. Basically all the rest the hosts are awful and make them so uncomfortable that i'll never watch them again/support the shows at all.
