Bon Voyage Reaction! - Season 4 Ep. 4 + Behind Cam

Heyy, so i'm a little late to familia (and Army actually) so i'm watching through all your videos now in 2022. I'm a Glaciologist (I study Glaciers and ice), and i can tell you the reason the water in Lake Pukkaki is so blue and the Rivers around Mt Cook is so 'milky' is because of the sediment dropped out of the Glaciers (basically all the eroded rock). I actually was lucky enough to go to the exact place the boys visit for fieldwork and walked the exact same trail reach the ice. It is one of the most mindblowing landscapes i've ever experienced. No camera does it justice. Also, side note it's one of the locations they filmed LotR films - I think it was Helms Deep, but i could be wrong. Thank you so much for these videos, i feel like i'm learning so much along with you!

Kiaora Guys!!! I'm from NZ and I can tell you that there are a lot of places like this in here. There's a lot of mountains and lakes and believe it or not the colors are exactly what you see or even better in person(basically NZ has a lot of green everywhere). For us that lives here, we are so busy with life and sometimes we take it for granted. Seeing the boys admired and was genuinely moved wherever they went made me realize how lucky I am to live here and it made me appreciate home more. I'm glad my country left a big impression on them. Although they were at the South Island while I'm at the North Island(in Auckland where RM was here years before)I was so glad they got to experience NZ and I came to accept this may be the closest i'll ever be to them(being in the same country lol)I hope you two will have a chance to come visit here it's really lovely and you guys will love it. Always enjoyed your reactions and keep up the good work

They really are very affectionate with each other. The best part is everyone wants to do something to help and they feel bad if they see someone doing more work than others. You might notice that quite often like thanking someone for driving or for cooking (mostly Yoongi). Tae also said in the episode that he wants to do the dishes since he didn't get to help when Yoongi was cooking while Jimin was eager to help Tae since he doesn't want him to do it all alone. And since Tae is adamant, Jimin made the medicine for the others instead (to be able to do something for everyone). Another example is when they don't hesitate to volunteer if someone might be tried from driving. Another is with Hoseok, even though Hoseok loves organizing stuff, he also wants to do it as an act of help. They really look out for one another which is one of the things others envy of them (you probably caught that during the latest episode of Break The Silence you've reacted to where they're talking that other groups don't get along well and are envious of their bond)

I find those small zip lines are common in New Zealand well where I live at least, they're not usually at supermarkets but I find they are pretty common in parks around New Zealand, if there was a park next to the supermarket that's probably why there was a zip line there :)

It's hard to believe that after more than a few years together, they're still so respectful of one another's boundaries. It's really inspiring to see such healthy friendships!! Jimin has always said he has to keep living with hoseok because he needs to have someone who tells him what to do, like cleaning and organizing things in his room. And since they're roommates, hobi always tells him to clean up hhahahh. Hobi can't stand any mess. You can always see him organizing or cleaning up. Also, i dont know if u guys remember JK saying that he always crashes on hobi's bed hahahahh, that's because JK says hobi's bed is always tidy and smells good. You also see him always applying face pack or any of his skin care routine before going to bed, very punctual and always an early riser. He's disciplined and organized like that. I admire that side of him so much!

It is the colour of the water. It comes from the minerals in the melted glaciers. Clear and sunny days do help make it slightly more blue though. New Zealand doesn't have dangerous animals by the way. (sorry for leaving so many comments! Just trying to answer your questions)

Tae prays/speaks to angels regularly, you'll see him do it quite often. He really does believe in them. Though often it doesn't work he gets really excited when it does. The members like to tease but they're also really respectful of his belief in them. It's a New Zealand skin care product they used while they were here. The brand is essano. I jumped in Lake Pukaki in the middle of summer and it was so cold I couldn't move my legs.

Weather in NZ is temperate and yes there are 4 seasons - warm summers and cool winters and rain fall moderately throughout the year rather than a specifically really wet period. The biggest thing is that the south island is colder than the north (it's much closer to Antarctica!). I live near the bottom of the south island and it was below zero degrees (about 28-30 degrees fahrenheit) this morning for me.

We were so excited they decided to come here to NZ because they've never come here at all! I'm hoping if they don't come to NZ for a concert next time that they'll at least go back to Aus because I'll definitely be flying over for it. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞

I just got reminded the absolute madness that Aussie ARMY went through. On the day of BTS’ departure to NZ, some ARMYs saw them at the Changi layover. Most thought they were coming to Australia and it was WILD on Twitter (context: BTS skipped Australia in the last tour and hasn’t visited since 2017) AND THEN... they landed in New Zealand. The absolute clowning that went on that day. I’m laughing as I type. 😂 Anyway, cannot wait for this episode!
