"Thati’s Rock creeps over the horizon, as the ship sails on towards its much sought-after bay. Yet, something is amiss. Pillars of ugly smoke rise from the port city in far greater volume than should be proper. Thati's Rock is the largest of the port cities within the Mount Poha'Poha region, and so-named for the quite obviously present rock that rises from its midst. To any nearby sailors, Thati's Rock is a great aid; for it is distinctive enough to be recognized at sea days before the port city itself comes into view. This navigational boon can be attributed to the city's rapid growth, and its status as the 'Port of Prosperity' that flourished even during the heart of the war. But now? Now the port smolders. More cargo passes into its harbor than leaves - a death knell for any trade city. As the ship gets closer, it becomes apparent that other vessels have not been docking at the port itself, but instead dropping anchor in the bay and rowing the rest of the way to the docks. Out of a sense of caution, Captain Pink orders the crew to do the same. On arrival, they find many rowboats coming and going out of the dock district, each carrying supplies and sealed crates. There is a tension in the air, as they tie their boat to an unoccupied pier. The crew are barely out of the row boat before they see...."
