SO in such a short time, Omni-Man had a melancholic moment, saved people and discovered he could be in fact worshipped by an entire planet like he always wanted, so he accepted to be their kind and he created a whole new family with a new wife&kid ? And here he asks for help because he knows his genocidal friends are gonna come to eliminate him because he couldn't conquer Earth before ?

I'm all for a second chance for people… who deserve it, who show regrets, who want to change and do things in that direction. What did Omni-Man do exactly ? He found a place to hide and have the life he always wanted, by lying to them about the awful person he was. So yes, when the Viltrumite people come to take him, I'm like "okay, let's defend the innocent people he condemned HIMSELF to that fate by coming here and being their kind, but HIM ? NO."
