Hello !

I clearly think that I didn't receive this episode like people received it when it was out for the first time. And apparently like fans of the show did, if I can judge by reading the comments on imdb. I'm a woman, living in our days, and I can see that the character in this episode is not "shy and quiet" like he's described, but on the contrary, he's the toxic and manipulative, the worst husband possible.

Spoiler alert about the twists of this episode. The guy has a wonderful power : he's a playwriter and he can make people live for real just by describing them to his record tape. So he created a strong wife but he got tired of her, judged her as clingy and shrewish, so he preferred to create an obedient and mute mistress. He blocks his wife inside to make her embrace his ideas, threatening her with imaginary elephants, and when she destroys herself by mistakes, he chose to in fact now make his mistress his new wife. Someone who is just gonna admire him, listen to him and understand him. I'm not kidding, that's the description he gave. But according to imdb viewers, the guy has the power to choose a perfect wife… I'm tired.
