Patreon pledge amount update

So some of you may have noticed that all across patreon every creators total pledge amounts have gone down and are some weird number.

This is a new feature that patreon has just released. The number you are seeing is a more accurate amount of money each creator receives each month. As patreon explained to me in an email, the new amount shows my total after;

Your estimated transaction fees

Patreon’s 5%

The pledges that declined in the last pay cycle

Overall I think this is a good thing. In the past I have had to constantly tell people "No I don't actually make 800+ a month, take about 100$ off a month and that's a more accurate amount."

I just wanted to take a moment to explain what was going on to you and hope I cleared up any confusion some of you may have had.
