My Final Post – Closing My Patreon
Added 2025-08-29 13:45:13 +0000 UTCI’ve decided to close down my Patreon page. First of all, I want to sincerely thank everyone who supported me during this journey — your help meant a lot to me. 💙
I also want to be transparent about the reasons behind this decision:
In order to produce my work, I had to rent a Shadow PC which cost me around €50 every month.
Meanwhile, my Patreon income was only about $30 per month, and most paying members canceled their subscriptions within 2–3 weeks.
While other creators managed to grow to 50–60 patrons in the same period, I could never reach more than 5–6 paying supporters, which made me feel that I wasn’t moving in the right direction.
Most people prefer to follow for free — for example, I’ve reached over 1,000 followers on Pixiv, but that interest never translated into consistent Patreon support.
Because of this, I don’t think I can continue investing so much time and effort when it simply doesn’t pay off. That’s why I’ve decided to stop here.
