I'm so proud of Deku ! And at the same time, he made me mad by being so humble at the end. None of the other students thought about taking that piece of metal with him/her "just in case" at some point it would be useful, none of them fought during the two first steps to keep it, none of them thought about how they could use that thing to "fly" into the air like that, none of them maybe would have taken that risk of being the last one by searching for all of these mines, none of them lead the run and being afraid of losing that lead, none of them thought about another solution so quickly to keep it again.

Deku showed here that he could anticipate issues, that he uses his brain well, that he knows how to wait for the good time to attack back, that he could react quickly in front of an attack, that he doesn't lose his focus on his objective. He did it ! And I'm so proud of him ! I can not wait for this kid to be more confident in himself.
