The beginning of this season is so rich in informations : even if we're in the middle of a big fight, we have flashbacks, we have explanations, and in almost each side. Tokito had two new reminders of his past : my theory is that this sentence which meant something to him was said by the demon who attacked him and erased his memories, and after that we saw a memory of his family or the family he served/was with.
Tanjiro is beginning to connect dots about the wielder. The demons from Upper Four who saw him using the Raging Blade, burning, during that intense and epic scene, saw the wielder in Tanjiro, it reminded them of one of Muzan's memories. My theory : the wielder almost killed Muzan, but this one transformed him into Upper One ; so after that, when Upper One was using his sword, his sword was red.

Also, I don't think Hatengu's dead. Tanjiro's great and all, but I don't think he can kill the Upper Rank 4 so soon. No way.

All of it was just so good, I don't even know where to start. @_@ But here's a wild theory! How did Nezuko know that putting her blood on the sword would work? I think it's because she saw it in Muzan's blood memory. In the same way that the Hatengu clones saw Muzan's memory of fighting the sun breather, I think that Nezuko also saw the same thing, especially since because it was Muzan who turned her. Now that I think about it, if it was in fact Muzan who turned her, it's no surprise she can fight upper ranks. I am so looking forward to next week's episode
