Hello !

I knew this episode would be about the big battle but I didn't expect to cry so much already. A lot because I clearly don't love Marisa and Asriel, but at the end they were at least honest to each other and with themselves, their love for each other was true, they truly loved Lyra and wanted to protect her, to give her that time, and so also that future. At first, it was the reunion with the daemons which made me cry, but then their sacrifice was so beautiful… And for Lyra, to see that sweet look coming from that monkey who terrified her so much as a kid…

All of that battle was so well done ! We had a little of actions, but the majority of the episode was about the story, about Asriel facing himself, about Marisa being tempted to be an Angel, about Lyra and Will who don't understand what is happening but who let her allies protect them, guide them to their daemons, so they can be safe and go to the Mulefa's world and accomplish their destinies…
