Hello !
Before watching this episode, I took a break. Wrong call. During it, I remembered the trailer and Max floating into the air. People floating into the air during the two first episodes ? Two seconds later, it's broken bones and death. So I had that theory about Max which haunted me all episode and the confirmation of it at the end frightened me. Because, for now, the only solution I found is "stay away from the woods" and I'm not convinced.
Eleven is also haunted by that flashback and these dead kids, but she thinks she did it when I'm convinced in fact she killed the thing which did it. But that and what happened with Angela, it's confirming her impression that she's a monster. And not a superhero anymore. So the idea of getting her back her powers represents everything for her : to save her friends, to have Mike admiring her again, but also to get herself back.
