Explanation for Delays

Most of you have probably noticed that I haven’t been putting out regular chapters lately, and there has been various reasons for that. Such as real life issues and some writing block. Rest assured though, I remain dedicated to writing this story.

However, a while back, I started feeling a little unsatisfied with the quality of Though the Heavens Should Fall. It has its good points but it’s simply not reaching its full potential. Thus, found it difficult to motivate myself to write new chapters and fell behind with releases.

To solve this issue, I went through a research binge and did a lot of thinking about how to to improve the story. I thought I could do this and still put out chapters, but that didn't happen. Anyway, my research involved a lot of heavy reading in the genre to inspire me, and I got a lot of new ideas and updated all my notes with more depth. Expect some cool stuff coming.

I also plan on rewriting the first part of the story, but that's not a priority right now. Getting releases back on track is, and there shouldn't be more delays, although I've said this before. The two main things I'd like to improve here is to make Verus more interesting and to cut a lot of unneeded parts. I'm really trying to up my game and bring up the story to the next level.
