Timeline of events following Aemond's departure to the North

Rhaenyra visits Rhaenys and returns to Dragonstone after failing to win her support
Aemond arrives at Oldtown to get Dearon
Aemond arrives at the Eyrie and then leaves for the North(he is there for more than five weeks)
Malentine Velaryon returns to Driftmark around this time
The Dragonseeds are introduced around this time
Otto is visited by Lady Caswell as well around this time
The Volantenes arrive at King's Landing
Rhaeynra is warned of Aemond's visit to the Eyrie and journey North and leaves for King's Landing
Aemond and Dearon leave the North but take a small detour west. (INTERLUDE: True Power)
The Iron Bank reacts to Aemond's goading. Rashly. (INTERLUDE: True Power)
Rhaenyra and her family arrive at King's Landing (Chapter 11)
Mysaria is called to report in a council meeting (Chapter 11)
Corlys returns. Rhaenys is summoned to King's Landing. (Chapter 12)
Aemond returns to King's Landing. He is questioned by the king. (Chapter 13)

As for the Rogare Bank, they are not as big as they would get during Aegon III's reign and were supplanted by the Dragon's Bank as the Iron Bank's main competition. I will bring them in later but given they are not currently relevant to the plot, I have decided not to mention them yet
